Keep your eyes peeled for the mushroom farm sign in the dark as we nearly missed it. I was sceptical on arrival, but everything was quick and easy, and the staff very helpful. Went to the airport almost straight away, only waited about 5mins for the reurn journey, and everything was safe and secure. It was half the price of the airport parking for around 15-20mins extra hassle (which as it turned out was not really any hassle at all!). Would highly recommend and will be using again.

although the service was fairly friendly i didn't appreciate the fact i had to phone for a pickup on arrival at the airport-with internet access the staff can see when the flight lands and then just head to the carpark and wait

Staff were really friendly. On the return we weren't sure which mimbus was the right one, so ended up missing one so they sent the other driver out. Meant we had to wait a bit longer, but wasn't a problem, and we had a nice chat with the driver on way back. Perhaps better labelling on the buses/info would help with this in future. The car park was a little way south west of the airport, but the price reflected this as was cheaper than other closer places, and it wasn't a problem (directions made it fairly easy to find) Would use it again.

Quite content with the service we had, so much so, that our son will be using you next Thursday and then weekly for about 5 weeks. Good value for money. What more can I say!

The whole process of dropping the car & checking it in was very swift. Make sure you allow a little time for the fact that you may have to wait a few minutes for your fellow travellers to fill up a minibus if you are checking in at similar times and also for the fact that you are not quite 'on top of the airport'. (I ended up running through the terminal, though I could easily have avoided this had I allowed more time for this wait & transfer!). I took directions from West & South, using the M5 & A370, which was pretty straight forward. The entrance sign is pretty big once you get to it - I was getting worried that I'd missed it - so I can relax next time knowing how far along the road it is. I'll definitely be using them again, taking into account the transfer time & happy in the knowledge that I now know where it is!

Used it first time not so impresed but much cheaper then airport. hard to find even with GPS.

Courteous staff, prompt transfer to and from the airport and very reasonably priced. The car was not used while I was away and they hadn't misplaced the key (which happened at one on-site car park I used last year). My only contructive critism is they should have a sign at the beginning of the lane to make their position a little bit more obvious for the first-time user.

6 miles from the airport in my direction, southwest. which also means I save 6 miles on my journey home. have used this place loads of times and recommended it a lot. price is good, staff very friendly. quick to take and pick u up. it supplies the service i want.

Everything perfect. The people was so nice. Just the facilities seems a little old, but helpful and recommended 100%. The best the quality-price.

The orange uniformed drop dead gorgeous lady’s who took my keys and gave me the receipt where stunning and efficient. The mini buses may not be new but they had an airplane style tail fin on the roof and I thought this was great and it made them easy to spot. The busses were timed to perfection and all the staff where helpful. I will use again, thank you..

This parking is great value for money and we would definately use park and fly again. The only thing that let it down was the blonde lady who greeted us on arrival was not very welcoming atall and a bit vague with her instructions. Although the staff on out return were very friendly. The 2nd thing that let it down was that after leaving the transfer van my 2 year old sons trousers and trainers were covered in some sort of oil/grease from in the van which was quite annoying as I could not get it out when home which cost the loss of an outfit. However as said with the expense of a new outfit it was still cheaper than using an airport carpark and the car was fine when we picked it up.

Transfers were advertised as on demand, when in fact we were required to wait over ten minutes, which did nothing to settle anxiety for catching the flight. Upon return, £5 in loose change had been taken from the vehicle. Reported to staff who were unapologetic and offered an email address for complaints.

The location was easy to find using the thorough directions provided. Once there the whole booking-in process took less time than expected and the staff were on the ball and expecting us. The tranfers were quick, so what if the minibus was a bit old?!! it was comfortable and warm and took us to exactly where we had to be. I'll use the same Park and Fly every time i fly from Bristol in the future. Thanks and well done all!

This is the second time we have used this parking area within a month. On each occasion, absolutely no complaints. Very good value for money. Friendly and efficient service on arrival. Punctual and friendly collection from airport on return. Frequent users of Bristol Airport and would definately recommend and use again in the future.

If you want the cheapest then this is it. However it shows with rather old minibuses that needed a clean inside. Watch the labeling on the buses as it does not say Park and Fly which can cause confusion on pickup.

This is the second time we have used Park and Fly and although the system at the Mushroom Farm has changed slightly fom our last visit it was still fast and efficient. The receptionist was expecting us and was helpful and courteous and the shuttle bus arrived to take us to the airport within 5 mins of arriving at Park and Fly. The shuttle was well used and a bit tatty but got us to the airport in plenty of time and without any problem. Our return was equally hitch free. The WCP bus arrived at the pick-up point less than 10 mins after we reclaimed our baggage, the driver was friendly and courteous and we were back at Park and Fly within 30 minutes of landing at Bristol airport. The receptionist had our keys ready and the car was close to the office, undamaged and ready to go. All in all we were very pleased with the service and of course the price ! Would recommend and will definately use again.
