Im not usually the type of person to write reviews, so this must have been bad!! To start off the car-park was very hard to find, the instructions were not clear at all that you actually need to go past the airport and drive a further 15minutes towards Bridgewater to find the carpark. Its quite a way out! The car park is very dark and the only light is as you drive in and from the small cabin(office). We were late arriving the car park and to be fair at this stage we did get transferred to the airport quite quickly! Although the buses were old and dirty and didn't smell pleasant!So apart from an old bus and a grumpy driver and difficulty in finding the place, we didn't think it was THAT bad....Until we came home!! We were told to phone the number provided as we collected our baggage, which we did! The woman on the phone said 15minutes. This was at 12 o clock! To cut a long story short..we got back to the car park at 1:30am!!! We could have been home in that time! Four buses came by and each driver reading out on a piece of scrap paper invoice numbers! If your number wasn't on the paper then you were NOT goin on the bus! God knows where the piece of paper went with our number on it! The drivers were the RUDEST people i've ever seen in my life! They have, without any doubt...NEVER heard of customer service! I even overheard one of the drivers say to a customer "i don't give a sh*t". We weren't offered an appology or an explanation as to what the mix up was an why we couldn't get on the bus! After finally getting back to the carpark we picked up our keys and couldnt wait to leave! After the terrible service and the horrible people I was very concerned to see what state my car would be in because they obviously didnt care whatsoever about anything or anyone else apart from their pockets! I will definatley NOT be using this service again! I would much rather spend an extra £20 to get great,reliable service with organised people who actually know how to run a company!!!

Everything about the experience was good except for the signage on arrival from the road through the village. I saw the sign for the mushroom farm and as we drove by I happened to see the sign inside for parking on the inside fence. We drove on further and then had to turn round and go back. Staff were efficient and friendly even at 4 am on our arrival from Cypruss. There was more than would fit into the mini bus when it arrived at the airport and we were then loaded according to the order which we had rung which was fair. We would use again.

A conveniently located and smooth running transfer which was cheaper than others around. I would highly recommend this service and will be using them again.

It was cheap and well organised but the driver drove the minibus like an absolute nutter back down the hill at break-neck speed narrowly avoiding two collisions - not really what you want with your whole family on board. Also returned to see our car was covered in what seemed to be a mixture of animal faeces and concrete which I couldn't get off my windscreen at 11pm at night! Cheap but you get what you pay for.

A bare ten minutes from the airport, and less than that to wait for the pick-up. Magic!

No loos on arrival! Tight parking! Poor condition minibus. But good position as we come from south of Bristol.

Upon arrival back at the depot to collect our car my husband was told " your two days late, thats an extra £20" this was incorrect and i had to find the e-mail as proof, no apology was made, in fact she had a bad attitude, thank goodness i had access to e-mail. The car was safe and sound though and i guess you get what you pay for.

I have experienced many others park&flys and I can confirm this is the bes regarding value for money

I have used these people numerous times and have never had any problems. Convenient location coming from the south. Very easy and quick check-in and check-out. Always the cheapest option of all the Bristol Airport parking options, and only 5 minutes from the airport.

staff were helpful on the outbound but the driver who came to pick up was quite surly & those waiting were told to wait for the next bus. The car was covered in bird muck when I went to retrieve it.

Close to airport and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Have used many times and will again.

This is an excellent facility. We had no problems whatsoever, it all went like clockwork both on arrival and on our return. Also very good value.

was difficult to find in the middle of the nioght. No signage inside the farm, so we got lost trying to get out. The transfer was late, and the attendant was difficult to understand.

Directions to pick up point on return from our holiday could have been better explained or sign-posted, other than this all went extremely well.

Can't find fault with the service. Much better value than parking on site at airport.

I took the bus earlier than I should so prevented someone who had maybe been waiting longer getting on the bus. My apologies for this. A very assertive member of staff made it clear to customers who had done this that it was not fair. Well done to her if it raises customer's awareness of their actions.

Every stage went smoothly, at both end of the holiday, with no waiting around.

The car park surface is not the best but considering the price this is not an issue. Not obvious how to leave the car park particularly at night.
