Reasonably situated, a large sign at the final turn in by the motor auctions would be very helpful, we shall certainly be using Birmingham Airparks again in September.

Second time we have used Airparks and very happy with Birmingham site, though a bit further than the Manchester site to airport.

Good directions, easy to find, Very good service.

Overall, and compared to our recent experience at a car pak near Luton, this was very good and would have no hesitation to use again. Highly recommended Airparks for Birmingham Airport.

An easy to access car park close enough to the airport.

Our first time leaving the car and using the Airparks parking. Everything was straight forward and it saved us the hassle of arranging drop off and pick ups with family. We thought the price was very reasonable.

No problems with parking, very friendly staff, no waiting for coach to airport and back, would recommend to friends and family, and will definately use again.

We were quite impressed with the efficiency at the park but if any criticism it would be that we would liked to have been picked up a bit quicker at the airport on our return.

Had to wait 35 mins for the bus to leave the car park to go to the airport.

Overall very satisfied with Airparks - couldn't have been any easier.

Efficient telephone service when returning however instructions to go to stand E should have included warning to ensure collected by correct company, as in the dark we got on another coach at stand e which arrived around the time estimated for collection, as a result we were taken to another cark park 25 mins away before being returned back to the airport - were told that this happens all the time!!!!

Would use again. Very good service and value for money.

There is definitely a need for more buses to transfer and an undercover bus stop, I am nursing a cold due to standing in the freezing early morning queue at 7am waiting for the bus, office seemed very disorganised.

Car park very dusty. Car was clean when parked but covered in dust and dirt when returned. Had to go to the nearest garage to clean side windows so I could see for the long journey home.

Waiting on a bus for ten mins with the doors open (a bit cold).

It was great having the driver help with the luggage.

Courteous and helpful staff to take the stress out of finding somewhere to park, thank you.

Take plenty of time to find and transfer to ensure stress free travel.
