I found the parking facilities at this Airpark very good, the staff were excellent and very efficient. Everything was perfect from collecting us at the airport to picking up the car. The car was warm and the lights were on ready for us to go. Would use them again. I have already used this airpark about 3 times. I have also told a few people about it and they now use them.

Overall the Aberdeen Airpark was good value for money with prompt delivery and pick-up service. The only downside to our experience was the difficulty we had in finding the place. A small map would have been much more useful than the written instructions.

We have used this car parking facility twice and we find it very good value for money. The people are very friendly and they go out of their way to help you.

I have used this facility a number of times. It's easy to find and quick to transfer and the car was ready to go on return. Will have no issues using this facility in the future.

A very straightforward, hassle free, pleasant experience. When we arrived back on a very cold night, with an 11 week old baby, the car was ready for us with the engine running to warm the car up! Fantastic :)

Great service. Quick, easy and prompt. Great to arrive back to a cold car park and find my car had been warmed up and ready to go. Will definitely use again.

Usually good. Staff on the whole friendly, polite and helpful. Quality of buses seems to be improving. However road to carpark has lots of potholes and car park surface itself is quite messy.

Excellent value for money and very good customer service. Car was started and warmed up ready for me to collect, which was greatly appreciated as I returned late at night. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

At pick-up they helped the kids with baggage etc. Great. We came back from sunny hot weather to a typical November night in Aberdeen. Picked up promptly, and what a fantastic sight to see our car with lights on, engine running and heater on!!! Couldn't be better. We would be nuts to go anywhere else. Look forward to using them again.

Could have had pallets or something down as it was a bit muddy at the check in cabin and there was no where to put cases except inside the cabin, but this was not possible as it was busy.

No problems with this car park. Efficient, and ran us to the airport within minutes of arrival. There at the airport to greet us on our return even though our plane was over 4 hours late. Very cold when we came back and our car engine was running, so a nice warm car to journey home in. Would use this car park again.

As soon as we arrived with the car, the transfer bus to the airport was waiting for us. When we arrived back for the car after our holiday it was sitting in the car park with the engine running and the car warmed up ready for us to go home. Absolutely 1st class.

Excellent. Booked online. Arrived at Car Park and immediately set off for Airport. On return - Met at Pick up point - straight to Airparks where car was ready to drive away.

Feel that the park could open earlier as the airport is open about 4:30a.m. Good directions to find the park on the user-friendly website. Signs indicating the park should be larger and much more distinctive although they were at all junctions. Final road into the park is unmade and unlit. Ground within the park is still rutted earth and transfer from the coach to the car inevitably results in mud transfer into vehicles. The coaches were clean and transfers efficient. Staff dealt with my missed connection very efficiently. Liked the idea of vehicles with lights on and engines running to greet us. Had never used this park before but certainly will again.

The only downside was the mess of the parking surface - very wet and muddy. The bottom of the cases got quite dirty as did the mats in the carwell of the drivers seat. Otherwise, great service and well worth the money.

Put all the passengers in one bus and the luggage in the trailer behind the other -but then couldn't fill the other? - would surely make more sense to put the customers in the bus with the trailer?? - all sorted quite quickly so no real problem!

Very helpful staff offering a fast and efficient service. We especially like the fact that the engine is running, the heater is on (in cold weather)and the boot open ready for our luggage. Excellent value for money.

Great value parking with helpful and very friendly staff. Bus to and from terminal was waiting to take us exactly when we arrived. Would definitely use again when travelling.
