I thought the whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I'd used Aberdeen Airpark - previously I'd either taken a taxi (expensive) or bus (inconvenient). On arrival, I found the staff well organised, efficient and helpful. Coming home, it was fantastic to have my car ready, warmed up and waiting for me. I will definitely use Aberdeen Airpark again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service. Will recommend it to anyone I know who needs that service. Very obliging staff. Directions Airpark gave me to find them were spot on. Packed my cases for me and straight to the airport and same on my return they were waiting for me. No worries! My car was all ready to go when I got back to Airpark. Great and efficient service. Thank you.

I am happy with the setup in Aberdeen, however, our flight was in 20 minutes early and our car was not ready and had to be retrieved from upper car park. Simply unfortunate circumstances - Thanks, will use again.

Fantastic service. Easy to find, taken immediately to the airport. The minibus was waiting for us after the flight home. The car was easily located in the Airpark with the engine and lights on. Definitely use this airpark again.

Directions were very clear. The friendly and efficient receptionist checked us in. On our return the transfer bus came specially to meet our flight, and when we got to the airport our car was waiting for us by the gate with engine running! Excellent service and good value for money.

I was generally very content with this parking experience, good service and transportation. I am, however, of the opinion that the prices should be lower if you decide to park the car there more than 7 days. One may consider a ladder 0-7 days 8-14, 15- that would make me reconsider other means of transportation coming from Dundee if you want to park the car for longer than a week.

Park was conveniently situated close to airport. Transfer was hassle free with efficient minibus service. Website directions on finding airport were confusing although easy enough to find park once airport entrance was sighted. Optional car valet service would be good.

Have had no problems with leaving the car in Aberdeen Airpark, as it appears to be a secure site, with the car always in good condition when you return(i.e. no dents or scrapes). Your car is always parked in a convenient place when you return, making it easy to transfer luggage and to drive away easily and quickly. Staff and drivers are polite and helpful.

Aberdeen Airpark was a little basic and not the neatest set out but the staff were very helpful, took cases from car. Car Park was easy to find. Transfer was waiting at airport upon our return where the car was ready and waiting for us. Would easily use again.

The car park was easy to find, following the instructions given. Only about 5 min wait to get the bus to the airport, and similar on our return. Would have appreciated being acknowledged when I went to the reception area for the first time, but other than that would have no hesitation in recommending Aberdeen Airpark and will certainly use it again in the future.

Came back days after the Glasgow airport incident so it was chaos everywhere but the transfer coaches managed to get as close as was possible. Driver extremely friendly and helpful. Seems to be run as a family business and this is reflected in the running of the business.

First class service from beginning to end. Unlike Birmingham airpark- my destination, very friendly drivers helped with luggage in Aberdeen. Very impressed to find car opposite reception with key in it, ready to go on my return. Value for money parking along with excellent customer care- keep it up guys!!

First class service - I arrived very early for my flight - before Aberdeen Airpark was officially open - but was greeted without any hassles and transported to the terminal without any fuss whatsoever. I shall definitely make use of the Aberdeen Airpark service in the future.

Very good value for money. Not sign posted well but the directions given were spot on. On arrival it only takes a few minutes to book in and drop off your keys, and your inbound flight details are taken to ensure that the transfer bus is there to meet you on return. As promised, the driver was there waiting when I returned and on arrival at the car park my car was ready for me with the boot open and the engine running, just popped my bags in and drove off. Will definitely use this facility again!

Easy to use, fast and efficient. Delivery and pick up was prompt. Good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use Aberdeen Airpark in the future.

Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Car was waiting with boot open ready to load luggage in, keys in the ignition ready for the off. After all the delays with security checks in the airports etc, it was nice to not have to wait yet again. Good value for the money. Thanks for the experience.

Overall, I am happy to recommend Aberdeen Airpark to potential customers. My only reservation is the rough parking surface which left my car dusty & in need of a clean! If the surface was tarmaced or a hose down was provided to the car on exit, I would give the service 100%!

Good car parking service. Down a bit of a back road to get to it so you can think you're going the wrong way! Couple of minutes transfer to the airport, good. Friendly service.

First time I have used this parking facility and was amazed at the efficiency; arriving back in the evening from a long journey to find the car warmed up and ready to go was excellent.
