Was impressed with my stay with simplyparking very pleasent staff and transfers to and from the airport were perfect. we came out on our arrival home in torrential rain and there was one bus full and just pulling away.We turned round and there was another bus coming right behind.Rhanks for making this a enjoyable experiance.I would use again no problem.

From the minute we arrived to the dropping off at the airport terminal, we were looked after by friendly, smiling staff. It was the same on the return journey.

Everything went fine and to plan when we 1st arrived and went to the airport, however, when we arrived the 2nd time back to the airport to the airpark, we had to stand 45mins waiting for the coach to arrive to take us back to the airpark. I sent the text as instucted but I also had to phone the number after 20mins waiting. It then took another 25mins after this call.

You park right by the office and then they go and park your car. On your return they bring cars back to office area and when they know you are on the bus to return they start your engine. I found they were really friendly and answered any questions I had about my car. When you drive to the car park you tend to think you have you missed their car park but it is a fair way along the road, passed other car parks.

They were very busy when we arrived back to Aberdeen and we had to wait awhile for Coach to come, one there then another one arrived and we had to wait for the third one, when we arrived back at the Car Park we had to wait till someone went and got the car for us it was not ready and waiting but then he did spray it with water before we left due to the mess it was in. Not as good service as we have had at Glasgow airport and a lot more expensive.

Easy to deal with through website, internet booking was quick. Transfer and dealings on site were good and quick. Easy instructions where to get bus on arrival back. Felt that the Location and directions available were poor, took 45 mins to find where it was also no phone number provided to contact car park directly.

The facility is well lit and secure but the surface is not covered. The car was running and ready for collection on our return. I would use this facility again.

Very simple booking system both on line and when we arrived at reception. We were recommended by our next door neighbour, Mrs. Reid, who has used the system twice this year already.

Had to call to chase up bus - have had to do this on a few occasions, but the car being ready with lights on, engine running gives a quick departure on my return-much appreciated.

Very efficient service; friendly, helpful staff. Near to airport, car ready and waiting with heater on and boot open when we returned from holiday at 12.30am, which was a welcome sight!

no signage to pick up point at airport because obviously not in BAA's interest. Airport information also refuse to give out Airpark's tel number - can you believe that - how petty!

On arrival staff dealt quickly with my car and had us at airport in good time, no waiting about when we got back bus was where it said it would be (without having to phone as with some companies)great service all round.

Our return flight tiem had been changed and when I TRIED to tell the girl, when we checked the car in, she wasn't in the least bit interested. As a result our pick up was 30 mins late and our car was not ready on arrival at the carpark which meant another 30 mins wait while they moved several cars to access my car. Very poor all round.

Staff were very helpful. Good to see them waiting for us on a rainy, dark night! They had started the car for us which was great as all we wanted to do was jump in and get home. Really good service.

It would have cost me at least £20 each way to the airport in a taxi and my car would have been parked on a street in town for a week so I consider this to be very good value for money.

I'd suggest printing a map to get your bearings, first time we used it we got a bit misplaced from the directions given and had to 'phone in and ask how to finish the journey (good instructions when we did that, though). No qualms about using them on a subsequent trip.

used this several times now. Quick and efficient. Drivers very helpful and will happily chat. I like to be able to bring my own car rather than wait for a axi so this service is excellent.

I always use this service; it is by far the best in Aberdeen. Very good value for money, excellent transfers, coach drivers are very friendly. Only slight niggle is that the reception staff seem a little surly at times. In the past they have bent over backwards to help out, but since the move to the new premises I have noticed a lack of basic friendly customer communication. This isn't a major issue, but if they got this right I would not be able to fault it. Highly recommended in any case!

I arrived a bit earlier than i had expected but this was not a problem. Within 5 minutes I was on a bus to the airport. Coming back, the bus was waiting for me outside the terminal and my car was out ready for me to drive off. Fantastic service and value for money, I would definately recommend it to anyone !!
