Staff were friendly and helpfull.Coach was waiting for us at the designated time of arrival and car was ready to drive away and engine running so car was warm.

I was weary of using this service given some of the reviews i had read. decided to give it a go and i was pleasantly surprised. the reception area is indeed nothing to praise, but it does what it says on the tin and there were no faults or delays whatsoever. on arrival you walk into the reception, hand over your keys, your paperwork (your booking reference printout, once page) and you are given a paper slip (which is easier to carry) for picking up your car on return. you are promptly directed to either the waiting room or the mini-bus that is taking you to the airport. transfer takes 5 minutes, literally. on return, the mini-bus is waiting outside (or it was in our case), you wait for another couple of passengers and back you go to your car after the 5 minute transfer. it feels rather weird leaving your car behind in such a relaxed environment, but we saw that each car is photographed on arrival so as to have records of any possible anomalies on your return. would definitely use again

Really helpful staff, efficient service. A little further from the airport than we exected so leave a few minutes extra time if you're unsure of directions. Other than that, a great service all round

I have used this service once before. While the transfers could be a bit more punctual, the significantly lower price compared to the Long Stay car park is more than enough of a compromise and I rated them highly. However, on this occasion, having landed at around 9pm, I was eventually brought back to the car park, with the door unlocked and a window slightly open (this is normal practise), but this time with the engine running. I thought that this was odd. When looking at my trip computer, it was shown that my engine had been left running for EIGHTEEN MINUTES, doing nothing - except for powering the air conditioning on full heat and full fan levels. I shouldn't come back to find my engine running in the first place, but what would have happened if the transfer was delayed and my tank wasn't far off empty?...

Everything went well we parked the car, left the keys and when we got back late at night the car was ready, engine running so we stepped out the bus and into the car and carried on our way home. They know the flight your on so it didn't matter the plane was delayed, they were waiting and the bus driver checked our names as he was expecting us. It functions well, they are flexible and not rigid so although it is smooth it is not mainstream.

Had a good experience with this car park although directions to the park could have been better. Transfers to and from the airport were punctual. Cost half the price of the others.

All was good, except the directions on the website didn't take into account the new roundabout on the approach from the A96. Time for an update perhaps.

Efficient, no hanging around waiting for transport to/ from the car park . Car ready on arrival. Staff friendly & helpful , very good value for money.

Failed to meet us at airport, the night shift had us down for a 10:20 not 11:20 arrival. Drivers very friendly and helpful, office staff not as good.
