The staff were very efficient, organised and friendly. I couldn't believe how quick and straightforward everything was. Because I had to go into the city centre to pick up my baby, then back home to Kintore, it would've cost me a small fortune on a taxi. Thumbs up and will definately use yourselves if i get the chance to travel again.

The service afforded was efficiient and the welcoming warm car [especially in winter time] a nice touch.

Although a little further from the airport than I expected on first useage, the team worked well and efficiently. The condition of the road on entrance and carpark area needs serious repair. Other than the above, now I know where they are I will use this service in future.

This is the second time we have used this facility and we have found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The service to and from the airport is prompt and the bus is always there waiting. The only down side we found was the parking site, it's pretty rough as is the access, your car is very dirty after two weeks. In saying that it wouldn't stop me using it again, excellent service, thank you.

Outstanding service, especially on the return trip when the engine of my car was turned on to warm up the inside and all the doors and trunk were open waiting there for us. All I needed to do was to load our luggage into the car and drive away. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

Transfers to and from the airport terminal building were fast and friendly. Car was ready and waiting with the engine running and the boot open on our return. Good service for the money.

Nice and close to the Airport, and easy to find. Staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. Shuttle bus waiting when we arrived. Will definitely use again.

Friendly, helpful service. Just next time could they come to airport a bit closer to the arrival time for those of us who travel light and don't have to reclaim luggage. I waited quite a while outside - which is OK in the summer, not so good in the winter.

No problems with parking for a period of time, in fact so easy to park up and get on the plane to start your holiday or business trip. Staff were very good and we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flights and on return they were waiting at the door for us, so made a good start and finish to our holiday, price was good and knowing your vehicle is secure gives one peace of mind.

Drop the car. Get the minibus. Return. The minibus awaits, and your car is ready to go. Simple.

On return to the car park we were delighted to see that our car had been started, lights on and boot open, ready for our journey home. The driver again assisted us with our luggage.
