the extra distance from the airport didn't actually make any difference in this case due to the speedy and punctual coach service back and forth. I will use this car park again next time.

I couldn't remember when I returned from holiday where the coach dropped me off at the airport. Signage to the stopping point at the airport should be improved. We had lost luggage so couldn't go to the coach along with the rest of the passengers on our flight and had to call the car park office to ask them to come back for us. Great service otherwise, though. Friendly staff.

Service was above and beyond when we were trying to get to Aberdeen Airport during heavy football traffic AND rush hour. Then when you return late on a cold Scottish evening, you find your engine running and car heating on - wonderful!

This is the most efficient, smoothly run service I've experienced in Britain!

Staff were ready to check us in when we arrived initially, and we were on our way to airport almost immediately. Transport was on hand within 5 mins of phone call to take us back to car park when we returned. Our car was ready and running so we wasted no time on our journey home!

The staff were very helpful - I had a small problem on my return with my windscreen wipers. One of the staff came out and helped me to fix them and he was most courteous. First time that I have used this car park and I will certainly use it again and recommend it to my friends.

This was my first visit to Aberdeen Airpark, previously I have flown from Edinburgh. The parking is some distance from the airport, but excellent advice and directions were given, and no difficulty was experienced in finding the place, although it was dark. I was immediately transferred to The Airport and my ongoing journey. Upon return, the coach met me upon my stepping from the entrance hall, and my car was awaiting me at the Parking area, warm, lit and prepared for my ongoing journey to Arbroath. I can sincerely commend the service that I received, I have no adverse comments to make. I will certainly use the same facilities when I travel from Aberdeen, without hesitation.

Its a rare pleasure to experience service that leaves nothing to be desired. This may not be a very constructive comment but the best I could come up with. Well done!

Even in the early hours of the morning Aberdeen Airpark staff were friendly, polite and helpful on my arrival. I especially liked that my car had been started on return and was frost free!

The service we recieved was out of this world. On returning to the car from the airport the car was all ready to drive off. The heating was on, the windows cleared and the engine and lights were on. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I was very happy with the service, although as a disabled person with limited mobility, I felt the bus was difficult to get into. But I had forgotten to indicate I was a disabled passenger before I arrived. It may be helpful if this was possible to indicate on the website. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use it again. Friendly and efficient staff and I was most impressed that my car had been warmed up for my return and departure from the car park. This was very welcome in December in Aberdeen - an excellent idea!

Brilliant parking, so easy to locate, directions spot on. Well sign posted. This was my first time driving myself to the airport and it was so easy and stress free. Friendly service. I will most definitely use this service again and would recommend to friends and family, no problem. Genuinely I thought it was great. Many thanks and I will see you in the future.

When travelling on your own this is an excellent facility; you are completely looked after. It takes all the worry away from travelling alone and gives you complete independence not having to rely on others for assistance, be it friends or taxis, and the prices are excellent and don't break the bank.

Difficult to find the Cairn Industrial Estate. I had to obtain directions from the main car park attendant as I spent time driving all around looking for the estate. The sign was a small sign with Airpark notice above at the end of a road which leads into the country. If I use the facility again I now know how to drive there.

We got there early as it was terrible fog, they said no problem, very friendly, the girl on desk and the gent that took us to airport. Cheery chaps on way back, and the car was lovely and hot waiting for us. SUPERB. Definitely use them again.

The journey to the airport was awful. The lady was bad tempered, surly and an awful fast driver who gave no consideration for anything else on the road. The journey from the airport to the carpark was the exact opposite. The driver was courteous, helpful and a gentleman.
