The cleanliness of the transfer vehicle was very poor other than that a good service given.

Could not fault the service, in fact have recomended the service to others since my return.

Dirctions to the car park were not easy to understand, including a map would probably help. I did not enjoy hanging about in the cold waiting to be picked up upon return to Aberdeen airport. Car park staff were particularly courteous which was a joy!

Excellent service - we had a one hour delay on our return trip and were pleased to see the shuttle bus still waiting for us. Back at the car park, the car had been moved to the entrance and the boot was open ready for our luggage. We are frequent flyers from Aberdeen and will definitely use Aberdeen Airparks again!!!

Friendly staff, easy to get to and very near the airport. We were taken straight to Aberdeen airport which only took about 5 minutes. We would have been picked up immediately but unfortunately the driver was moved on and we had to wait while. It was freezing!!

Transfers were faster than previously experienced with similar operators. We were delivered back to our vehicle, which was all ready to load and leave. Top marks.

The service was very good. On our return the car was ready to go with engine being warmed - luggage into car and driving straight off. They also made sure that we had a contact phone number in case of any problems.

Found the staff helpful and friendly. Minibus waiting at airport on our arrival back to Aberdeen allowing us to travel home without any delay.

The car was parked for me, the transfer coach held back until I checked in, car was ready on return and although I did not use the valet service I might do on future visits as i was happy with the security of leaving my key. Thanks.
