In my opinion yor service was very efficient and your charges were excellent,(beats taxi fares by a long way). I will certainly be using your car parking service again.

I was really pleased at the end of a holiday returning from France to chilly Aberdeenshire that my car was sitting with the engine running and the heaters on ready for me to head straight home!

staff ready and bus ready when we parked and there to pick us up as soon as we left airport on return. terrible weather so it was gratifying that this part of the journey was well handled

excactly as you want airport parking to be. ease of service, on time transfers and best of all we arrived back late at night to the car ready to just get in and drive- fantastic especially if it's cold & frosty

Transfer worked well. You knew how many would be there and we were soon off to the airport. On return it was lovely getting into a car that was running, warm and ready to go. Well organised efficient service which I shall be recommending to our friends, which incidentally is how we heard of you in the first place.

Staff were courteous and helpful . Transfer was quick and punctual , my car was safe and secure wilst away and it ocst abour 25% of the price of airport parking !

Very content with the staff, however, the parkingfacilities not the offices seem to be somewhat primitive.

I was a bit dubious at first but we found the place realitively easily. Booking in was brief and straight forward, we literally took the bags out of our car and were helped to load them on to the mini bus. We set out once the mini bus was full and were soon at the airport. On return there was confusion on my behalf as to where we were being picked up (exactly where we were dropped off) so we were a little tardy getting to the mini bus. We still had to wait for other passengers (who never did appear) for a further 10 minutes before we set off back to car parking area. Our car was waiting for us near to where we were dropped so we loaded up and drove off home. Over all a very satisfactory service and one I would use again when I fly out of Aberdeen Airport.

Didn't feel rushed especailly with kids dragging their cases, staff helped load transfer van and unload on our return. Just what you need after a long journey with lots of delays. Thanks

Instructions from South were a bit confusing - did not make it clear you went past the airport. Staff were very efficient and were waiting for us on return. Car was ready and had been hosed down which was a bonus, Thank you for a trouble free experience. Will certainly use them again.

Elsewhere in Scotland, namely Glasgow and Edinburgh, I have found the longterm parking considerably cheaper. If I was away for over a month, which is quite normal for me, I would look closer at the flight costs since the extra cost of parking n Aberdeen can significantly alter the combined costs of parking and flights.

I've used this service a number of times now and have never been disappointed. Driver should turn down the radio in his minibus though, as not everyone appreciates blaring commercial radio station music - and banter - when just back from holiday.

I know Aberdeen Airport and its environs fairly well so that, along with the directions you sent me, I had no problem in finding the car park. However, I feel that a few more signposts would be of help to those less familiar with Aberdeen than myself. They would also act as advertisements for your service.

The service provided was quick and easy and allowed us to take our car and feel it was securely parked while we were away. The booking was easy to make and was dealt with very efficiently by the staff. Would use the service again.

I found the car to be open and engine running very helpfull. The car had been brought forward for us . It was also parked near the gate. There was no need for us to go searhing for the car very helpfully

We had a sat nav but we still took one wrong turn as we came up to the industrial estate. We took a dirt track and had to reverse to come back the way it was up into fields and probably the other side of the car park but sat nav was probably looking for the post code conisder what info you put into the sat nav. We still found the site easily though

Staff were helpful and cheerful. Nice clean buses. No waiting at either end of the journey. Close to airport so no long bus journey.

I was most impressed by the fact that there were no delays in either the booking-in procedure or the pick-up on arriving back at Aberdeen Airport.

Very good, but concerned that keys were left in my car for collection and the window was left wide open!!
