I always think it's the little touches that make an impression and that's certainly true of our car parking experience at Aberdeen. There was a coach waiting for us when we stepped out of the airport with a driver who was expecting us, despite a one hour delay. When we got back to the parking area our car was set out from the rest with the boot open and the keys in it waiting for us. We really didn't expect such fabulous service when the price was such good value. We'll not only use the same company again but will recommend them to all our friends.

A swift drop off of the car, friendly staff and a quick transfer to airport. We had never used airport parking before so we thought it may be daunting, however the staff were friendly and explained everything clearly to us. We were collected from the airport as soon as we came out and were directly back to the park where the car awaited us, boot open, engine running and we were set on our journey home. Brilliant service and will definately recommend to others and use it again and again.

Lack of organisation with pick ups advised of flight arrival but still waited 45 minutes to be picked up only to be informed not on list for pick up weather was very cold and staff could have had the insight to check flight arrivals and been on time. No organisation when leaving cars either.

The service provided by Aberdeen Airpark was faultless. We were dropped off and met at either end of our journey. On return the bus was waiting for our arrival and the car had been cleared of many inches of snow and was ready to go. The assistance provided by both bus drivers was first class. Many Thanks.

After reading other reviews before I used this service I had been concerned that I would have difficulty in finding it and when I did there would be a mud field waiting! I was pleasently surprised to find my fears unfounded. The staff took good care of my party and my car. I will recommend to others and be using again. Great value.

Despite arriving at the airpark only 15 minutes before check-in closed I made the flight, and on my return the transport was waiting outside the terminal and left for Aberdeen Airpark immediately. Make sure you take the directions as the car park is a little way from the airport.

Had just spent a fortnight in the US, and marvelled at the service. It was a pleasure to find the same standard appearing at your facility on our return. The service was very attentive and I wish you every success in the future.

I like the way the car was ready with boot open ready to go. The parking area surface is bit messy when wet shoes, trousers and car got a bit splashed. Will use the carpark again.

The wonderful surprise was on my return, with temperatures of -9 degrees Cent., finding the car had been made ready for my return by being started, ice scraped from the windows and the interior cosy and warm. Much appreciated.

The bus was there to take us away as soon as we arrived and there coming back. Also the car was sitting, running and ready to drive away with when we came back to the lot. Only problem we had was finding the place.

Would recommend Airpark to my friends and family and will definitely use the Airpark again .

A bit further than the other carparks, but transfers excellent. Nothing bad to say- the extra time needed is balanced by the fact one's car is ready, warmed up, right by the carpark reception.

Quick, easy booking in with a bus waiting to take you to the airport. Waiting outside again upon your return and your car sat right at the carpark entrance with boot open ready for you to load and drive away. Very simple and friendly service, also cheap, but the car park surface can be very dirty when wet thus getting your car mats dirty.

Good friendly service. We arrived back on a cold snowy evening and the car was waiting for us with engine running and heating on!

Brilliant service from staff and cheap compared to long stay at airport. Car was de-iced & ready to go when we got back, despite heavy snow and freezing conditions.

On landing the shuttle bus was ready and waiting and left as soon as we were on board. Although there had been snow and frost our car had been defrosted, heated up and was waiting for our luggage with the boot open! A fantastic service, will definitely use again.

I have used the service on several occasions, and have been impressed, with the exception of my last trip, where I had a wait of 20 minutes before transport arrived! I called, and was told the transport had been waiting for half an hour, and yet I landed on time but had to wait for my luggage, which on that occasion took about 20 minutes to arrive, so no transport waiting for me! I am sure this was just a one off, but it wasn't what I needed at the end of my journey!

Customer care and attention was first class and I would definitely use your services again.

The staff were great and we were dropped off and picked up in plenty of time by friendly and helpful staff.

Cheap, good value, easy, no time wasted, car running and ready on return. Will be back.
