Very swift transfer from arriving at the park, to getting to the airport. The car is parked for you so there is no 'looking for a parking spot'. The transport was waiting to pick us up once we had collected our baggage. The car was ready and running when we were dropped off at the car. Very slick operation.

Customer service was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful. Transfer to the airport was very quick after checking the car in. The only downside was that the actual parking area could be improved (tarmacced?). It probably wouldn't be much fun after heavy rain!

The young lad that dealt with us when we arrived seemed like he didn't want us there - a bit arrogant and impatient. I nearly left straight away but didn't. They could also benefit from somewhere to put your bags between taking them from your car until a bus is ready instead of just leaving them in the mud - a few pallets is all it would take.

A perfect service even to a fast reply to my phone call as my plane was 25 minutes early on my return and the bus appeared within seven minutes. Thank you for the smiles, driver.

Excellent service, quick no hassle transfers, car all ready and waiting with boot open and engine running on our return! No wandering around a big car park trying to find the car after a long flight home! Friendly service all in!

Had absolutely no problems with using Aberdeen Airpark. Staff were courteous and helpful and transfers to and from airport went with no problems at all. I can understand why some might get lost, so more signs on main road would be very helpful.

Transfers between car drop off and pick up again was slick. No hanging about waiting or telephoning to announce arrival. Great, will certainly be making use of this facility again in the future.

Very convenient, directions to the airpark easy to follow, prompt transfer to the airport, after three weeks away the airpark staff were there to meet us and had my car ready and started up so we could just load our luggage and go. All in all an excellent service. Full marks.

Of many uses of airport carparks this ranks amongst the best. The staff were most pleasant and helpful. And on our return with many people using the same flight the organisation was first class with great space to handle everyone's luggage and all our cars ready and waiting for us with boots open and engines running. First class. Cannot be faulted.

This facility was excellent, with quick and easy transfers - we were met on our return as expected and the car was waiting with boot up and engine running, enabling us to get home without delay - highly recommend this parking as the best and user-friendy airport parking service I have used.

We used Aberdeen Airpark on two separate occasions in the last two months and were delighted with the efficient service we received both times. We would definitely use it again.

A connecting flight was delayed meaning my daughter and I missed our flight back to Aberdeen. The staff were helpful re new connections and had 'warmed-up' my car ready for our journey home. As we were cold and tired by this time, a warm car was much appreciated.

The directions to the parking supplied by Simply Parking were misleading in the heat of getting there in the busy morning traffic. When coming from the South the instruction 'follow the directions as above' would be better to state 'now follow the directions as given in "from the North"' I understand that others have also found this to be the case.

I found your service to be extremely efficient and had no problems whatsoever either with booking procedures or at the time of travel. If and when we travel from Aberdeen again we will certainly come back.

We had a bad flight back due to adverse weather of which the Airpark staff were aware and they were most welcoming, helpful and efficient on our return. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We arrived back on a very cold day with delays for some passengers waiting for luggage. The coach was full but our luggage was loaded, we waited for the next coach and when we arrived at the car park our luggage was stowed in the car and the engine was running to heat the car!! Can anyone ask for more than that??

Good, practical service. The transfer driver even took my pen knife back to the car to save me losing it in security.

This was the first time we had used Aberdeen airport to fly from for our annual spring break. It was good to find that parking was available so near at hand, and easy to find! And we didn't even have to phone to let them know we had landed. They were waiting for us. We will certainly not hesitate to book again next time (probably Autumn). Good competitive rates too!
