Was given a card and asked to phone when our flight arrived and found that the bus was actually waiting for us so if we had known that would have hastened our departure from the terminal. Felt we had kept others waiting because we took our time with baggage, toilet stop etc. Otherwise an excellent door to door service. Thank you.

Staff were helpful, car was ready for my return and the transfers were immediate both ways, this is the second time I have used this facility and have no regrets at this point.

We found Aberdeen Airpark no problem; helped with our luggage; taken in extremely clean mini bus to airport; dropped off at departures; picked up at arrivals on return; taken to our car which was taken out and aired and waiting for us outside reception. Perfect!

The price was fantastic, it was easy to find. The staff were great and the transfers were tailored to the flight times which was superb. Will definitely be using again.

My return flight was slightly delayed and baggage took a while to arrive. However, the driver was waiting and arranged with a colleague to take me straight to the car, rather than waiting for passengers from the next flight. This was much appreciated. Both drivers were polite and friendly.

Great all round service, the staff were helpful,informative and good at their jobs. I felt very put at ease leaving our car with them. Reception was friendly, and both our transfer drivers were prompt kind and very helpful.

Easy to book via internet. Simple instructions to get there. Helpful friendly people, drivers and reception staff. Car parking surface not good, very messy and when wet do not put suitcases down, also shoes can become muddy and mess your car when you get in. Certainly use facilities again.

Definitely value for money! So the car park isn't tarmac - doesn't matter. Friendly efficient staff, quick transfers there & return! As minibus was driving back into carpark, our car was driven up, boot opened and ready to go. Very pleasant, well-mannered staff. Would definitley recommend and re-book again.

Absolutely fantastic, so cheap, so efficient and the courtesy bus was waiting for me at the airport, no hanging around at all. I cannot fault Airparks. This is the second time I have used them and both times they were just brilliant. I hope they continue to be this good. I will always travel from Aberdeen and not Inverness from now on because the parking is so much cheaper.

I had previously washed my car the day before taking it to the car park and had to take it straight to the carwash on my return it was so filthy with all the sand and loose stones around. Have found the drivers to be polite enough but not friendly - and the office staff are downright sullen!

Great fast transfer on arrival at Aberdeen Airpark, and after a long day traveling home by train due to flight cancellations it was great to be met at Dyce train station by Airpark staff and promptly taken back to collect our car.

Really good value for money. I was off the plane and back in my car within 15 minutes, which was great. Not sure how long this facility has been in use but it would be good to have a more permanent looking building and perhaps better road surface for the drop off area.

Simple and quick checking in service followed by prompt transfer to airport. Minibus for transfer back to carpark was awaiting our flight arrival and on return to the carpark our car was waiting for us at the exit with the engine running and the boot open ready to take our luggage - perfect for cold, dark nights. Will use again.

The staff at Aberdeen Airpark were efficient and made our transfer to the airport very smooth. Far better and cost-effective than any other airport parking I have used.

Staff were helpful enough individually, but seemed a bit disorganised though we were picked up fairly quickly at the airport and our car was ready to drive away immediately.

No waiting at either end, fast and efficient service. The car was started and brought to the gate ready for our journey home. Would definitely use again.

The service was very efficient and totally hassle free. It was great not to have to depend on others for lifts to and from the airport. No hanging around involved. It was reassuring when away to know that the process on my return would be very easy and it was! Full marks.

First class service. Instead of having to wander around a huge car park trying to remember where I parked my car, I got off the bus on my return and it was parked right in front of me, all ready for a quick exit. Excellent.

This is the second time I have used Aberdeen Airpark and I have found on both occasions the service to be excellent. The transfer to and from the departures hall is very efficient and the attention to detail equally so, i.e. in winter making sure that the car engine is running so that the heating is on (always welcome!); and this last time, positioning our car within close range of the transfer bus with the boot door open so as to enable easy movement of luggage from the bus to our car. Well done!

The carpark was easy to find from the instructions given. From then on the staff were helpful & friendly and tranferred us to & from the airport with consummate efficiency. The fees were very competitive & we would certainly use Aberdeen Airpark again.
