we did not need to wait more than a few minutes for the car to be picked up, and the car was there when we got back!

We were met promptly and professionally. I managed to leave my purse with our passports in the vehicle and what could have been a complete trauma was handled really well. Our driver bought my bag back within minutes and was really nice about it. On the way home, our plane was delayed beyong the time they normally work. Again, the driver was friendly and helpful where others might have been whingy and resentful. Altogether a very impressive performance...it restored my faith in great customer service.

Excellent service, we had a very early flights so we dropped our car off at 4.15, there was somebody there to greet us who was very friendly. On our return, we telephoned them as planned and they were outside within a few minutes with our car. Thank you

The Meet and Greet Service was just brilliant, it all worked like a dream and took away all the hassle of using the car parks. Have already recommended it to friends and family. Will definately use you again

The service provided costs more than the standard parking but is absolutely worth the difference and saves time and un-necessary hassle.

Greet was efficient, right outside departures. On our return, the car was just arriving in the shrot stay car park as we arrived - perfect timing. The driver even gave us details of M11 accident so we were able to take alternative route home. Would definately use this service again.

Just used this service for the second time at Stansted, driver not too friendly and had to wait both ends of journey, however car was returned to us in good condition and better than long term car park at a very similar price, so good value. First experience excellent at Heathrow last year.

The pick up was simple and convenient. I arrived at the airport early and returned from my trip before i had planned so needed my car back sooner than the date booked. Neither situation was a problem and the staff both on the phone and at pick up were great. Will definately reccomend them and will use again.

I was traveling on my own with my 20 month old son, so you can imagine had plenty to carry! This service was perfect, it allowed me not to have to rush or panic about bus transfers, and meant my journey to check in loaded up like a mule was much shorter and straight forward. Likewise the return meet and greet service after a flight with an excited boy, was just what the Doctor ordered! Thank you.

Couldn't fault the service or the very personable staff. Polite, efficient and spot on with the timings. Often I have had to hang around with other meet and greet services which wrecks the whole principle of it. I will use them from now on.

Pay close attention to the instructions for finding your car - mine were accurate & detailed, but took some reading!

Everything was so easy, pulled up at the terminal, the guy was already waiting signed the form and off we went, got back and within 2 minutes our car arrived back to us, I would definately recommend this service to everyone
