The greeters were there promptly when I dropped the vehicle off and collected it. The process at each end was quick and simple. My return flight had been delayed and it saved so much time to be met rather than having to schlep over to one of the car parks

very good service, on the outbound i wait 2 min for driver to arrive, and on the return they wait for me around 5 min.

Would definitley use them again at STansted. Very reliable and efficient and extremely reasonable price wise.

Both collection and return of vehicle was undertaken by courteous staff who arrived on time so no waiting around time. Service was hassle free. Certainly better than wasting time trying to find a space on the long stay carpark and waiting for buses! Would recommend this service to anyone and will definitely use them again

when travelling with a family this saved us much hassle and time. Well worth the small premium on the traditional parking.

This was our first use of a "Meet and Greet" service, and we were a little nervous. However, it went perfectly. We were met at the drop-off point by a very polite chap with a clipboard. (We were a little earlier than we anticipated but no real problem.) Coming back we called having pulled the final bag off the track, and by the time we got to the 15minute car park, another polite chap pulled up right in front of us. It could not have been better! We will use this service again - it's a no-brainer!

I booked on line but when I phoned in 20 minutes before I got to Stanstead, I was told they had no knowledge of me! However, your people were very flexible and met me more or less on time. Coming home I was delayed by 24 hours and your staff were helpful and very flexible. £42.50 seems a lot to pay for parking but it seems to be the going rate.
