HThe service seems a very slick operation with staff ready to meet you with clockwork timing. From my experience would definately recommend!

Extremely Pleasant staff. Very punctual. The best way to get in and out of Stansted.

This service was seamless both when we arrived and on our return. The car was photographed before hand to show any existing damage and milage recorded. Total miles driven from start to finish was about two thirds of a mile max. Excellent service, well worth the money and it takes out the stress when arriving and leaving an airport. Also i think it was cheaper to use this service than the long stay which is 15 / 20 mins away by bus!

We had no problems and the whole experience was very straightforward. Would use them again.

Having reviewed other summaries and used similar services at other airports i can confidently say that the Orange Meet and Greet staff excelled. Phones were answered promptly and as we arrived at the designated zone, we were met by staff who clearly knew what had to be done and they explanied everything clearly. On our return our call was answered quickly and we had hardly got to the pick up zone to see the Orange Meet and Greet staff waiting for us. Top class service, thanks

My flight was delayed because of the snow conditions before Christmas 2010. I called Orange meet and greet when I knew the flight was delayed and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and had said '..if the flight is delayed anymore, I am going home and you will have to pick the car up in the morning...'. It was the worst experience, caused me tension and I would not recommend this service.

First class service at third class cost.staff were helpful and smiling which makes the world of difference after a trying journey.Have already recommended service to several friends.Keep up the good work.

brilliant value for money, the easiest arrival and departure l have experienced at Stansted.

Due to the snow my flight was cancelled my wife called to change the pick up time and after the stress of being delayed by 2 days and worried l wouldn't get home for christmas I'm pleased that my meet and greet was stress free and I didn't have any problems due to the change if my flight only one thing the telephone number on the website didn't work when my wife calked, she had to go thru the emails to obtain the mobile given but this was answered promptly and they were very helpful and understanding Thank you, we will use you again

I left my car with them over the period in which we had awful snow and they were kind enough to look after my car and not charge me anymore. They were understanding, polite, and very helpful. The whole experience with them was the only good point about my trip that weekend! Highly recommended

We were met on time and the driver was professional and pleasant and on our return again the service was excellent and we will certainly use this company again.

A service I will use again. For a few quid more than the long stay parking and all the hastle of waiting for a bus it is an excellant service.

Although initially sceptical, everything worked out perfectly as promised both on departure and return. No glitches or hanging around. Beats any other way to park at an airport that I know!

Punctual, efficient and friendly service in difficult circumstances (Snow, Frost and delayed flifgt). EXCELLENT.

Easy online booking process made it easy to purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful and made the process of dropping off and collecting your car as easy as it possibly could be. Far better than sitting on crowded buses and trying to remember where you left your car in the long term car park!

Have used the service before, it was as good and we feel at ease now usin meet and greet. Its great if travelling with children, big group and disabled passengers. Very professional and easy and efficient service.
