We had to wait for 15 minutes before the drive arrived to collect our car despite givig 20mins notice.

After getting silly quotes on having a taxi drop me off and collect me from airport as well as very high quotes from the aiport itself to park for 7 days, i was happy that i found Orange Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport they saved me £60 and the whole experience was stress free especially when you are traveling with children

I was surprised why I haven't heard of them before as this is a great service

Staff were ready to meet us when we arrived and were very courteous. On our return we had to go to the lower carpark which was only a very short distance from the arrivals hall. This is I understand a new requirement of the airport and a change from the planned pick up point where we dropped the car off. All in all as good a meet and greet service as we have encountered.

Very frustrating being told by automated message that my call could not be taken and to ring back later, both when dropping off and collecting car. Not what you would expect from Meet and Greet.

I'm more than satisfied with the service I received and would not hesistate for an instance to use the service again. I was earlier than expected on arrival and later than expected on my return, the guys catered for this and were great they really took the worry out of everything.

Great service. Representative met us on time and took took photos of the car and mileage which was reassuring. On return we called after collecting our bags and the car had arrived before we got to the meeting area. All in all a perfect service and good price.

Perhaps your neighbours/competitors could be a bit more pleasant especially in 'Valet parking' who didnt seem to realise that as I was valet parking i stopped where their sign was. As their sign didn't show it was a company sign (it looked just like an information or advisory sign) i stopped there, and their little guy got a bit stroppy. Perhaps you could make your meeting point a little bit clearer !

The website was informative and the booking system was easy to use. The meeting place was right outside departures and therefore easy to find. We were met within a couple of minutes of pulling up and the handover was very efficient, with photographs taken, mileage and fuel noted. On our return we were delayed but the car was still delivered back to the arranged spot relatively quickly, with a reminder that we needed £2 to get out of the car park. It really was easy to use and a delight not to be carrying luggage on and off a transfer bus. We were pleased with the service and would recommend it.

The service made going and returning from holiday a pleasurable experience. Having your car at the kerb is just what you need after a tiring flight.

This was the first time i used this service as i usually travel from LGW and use the Meet and Greet service there. Whilst i would be absolutely clear about the drop-off (red car park) and collection (blue car park) points now i was not on this first occasion. This may be due to the layout of the airport in comparison to LGW where you are quite literally an arms throw away from the entry/exit to departures/arrivals. Whereas at Stansted there are various car parks and a long tunnel walk-way to bear in mind. However, now i know i would not hesitate to use the service again as it is an efficient, professional, friendly value for money service - thank you.

The driver turned up before we had our bags out of the boot. A simple hand over and he was off leaving us right at the checkin area. On return we had only a very short wait until our car turned up really close to the terminal which made it easy for us with kids and luggage. No bus to get which made for a pleasant experience.

I have to drive an hour and a half to get home when I leave the airport and this just saves so much time! No catching buses to far away car parks. Great value - not sure I could afford it in high season, but will check just in case.

As I don't normally travel from Stansted, I was unsure when to make the '15 minute' call and we actually arrived after 25 minutes. Nobody was waiting for us so, after a few minutes, I called again and was told the driver would be with us 'very soon'. Fifteen minutes later, I called again and was told the same thing. We were now very anxious to check in, so I pushed for a more specific time and was told it would be about 5 minutes. About 5 minutes later, a man who I had earlier seen meeting other drivers hurried up to me - he was not clearly identifiable as 'Orange'or we would have approached him sooner. It seemed that only 1 driver was on duty and was obviously struggling to cope, but it is not acceptable to wait half an hour for valet parking. We caught our flight but had no time for coffee etc after our 3 hour drive. The return was absolutely fine, but I won't risk using this organisation again.

i thought the service was great until i had to pay an extra £5 as the guy was waiting for more than 15 miniuts!He juest told me i had been too long and left me to pay!

Found this on a comparison website. Booked the day before I went. 3/4 of the cost of long term parking. Saves waiting and dragging your cases onto the courtesy bus. Unable to find fault, makes you wonder how they do it for the money!

We had to cancel our holiday a few days before departure. Unlike the flight & accomodation providers, Orange quickly reimbursed us in full - very gracious, and appreciated!

It was very easy to drop off and collect the car. Both times the drivers were ready and waiting for us. We will certainly use this service again. Thank you.
