We received a flawless service from start to finish, & the female drivers made me feel my car would be in safe hands.

I was particularly pleased with your response when an incident abroad required us to return early. You handled the changes efficiently and you were the only organisation to offer some refund, I welcomed this gesture, thank you.

On arrival I gave a call and within 3 minutes our car was waiting outside.

Booking was easy, meeting the driver quick and efficient. On way back, driver was there with our car as soon as we walked out of the terminal. Great service, would definitely recommend.

We had never done this type of parking before so were a little sceptical of how smoothly it would work. But as agreed, having called their number 20 mins before arrival, guys were there at drop off waiting for us, taking photo's of the cars condition, and within 60 seconds we were in the terminal. On return we made the call and proceeded to the pick up point (red) which is a right turn out of the terminal about 200 yards. Found the guy who was holding keys of cars that had already been delivered, ours turned up about 60 seconds later. Can't get much better than that. Brilliant service. If the cost stays the same I will definitely use every time I travel.

Was a little sceptical of valet parking having seen stories on Watchdog of cars being driven around whilst the owner is away. However due to positive reviews which said mileage and fuel are noted down I thought was worth a go. The fact that for the 3 days I was away this was £10 cheaper than the Stansted long stay car park also helped! Easy to find the drop off point, car checked over, mileage and fuel level noted and signed for, very professional. On return my car pulled up to the pickup point just as I arrived. The driver paid the car park for me and off I went. A total of 2 extra miles on the clock. Great service, would throroughly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service and value for money. Easy, efficient and friendly. Don't think I could ask for more. Very pleased I have chosen Orange Meet and Greet.

Can't fault this wonderful, friendly service. This people who greeted me were great, friendly & prompt. Two people turned up in a van, & as one took possession of my car keys & asked if there were anything "special" they needed to know about my car, the other went round taking numerous pictures of the current state of the car. Needless to say that this had the effect of feeling immediately comforted that they had every intention to return the car in exactly the same state in which they received it! The collection service equally matched the drop-off. Hassle free for both! For the company's benefit though, they should have got me to view the photos, as I guess some customers could still claim/argue that pictures of vehicles with (pre-existing) damage were taken AFTER being being parked (despite 'dated' photos). However, this is a minor point, & mentioned in the company's favour as they were very helpful & provided a noteworthy service to myself! To be honest, I was actually surprised at how punctual and professional the whole service was. Highly recommended, great value for money and takes the hassle out of the car parks where you wait ages for the coach.

Worth the few extra pounds. Drop off went very smoothly but had to wait 10 minutes for return perhaps a bit too late to ring but might be baggage issues so can understand.

Though I wasn't the driver this time around, I booked this as a thank you for our nominated driver. Within 5 minutes of parking right outside the terminal front doors, two smartly dressed ladies turned up, sorted out the paperwork, checked the mileage and fuel gauges, and, as we left the car in their capable hands, they even photographed the car. When we landed again at the airport, after our phone call to them, our car was waiting for us within minutes in the designated short stay car park. My friends were so impressed, they will definitely use this fantastic service. Perfectly stress-free and professional. Thank you

In the light of my booking not filtering through to the Orange M&G office my telephone call at around 5am was a surprise for the control who were not expecting me. They still provided a super service with no delay or any indication of a hitch of any kind. Well done Orange!

We arrived about half an hour early and rang our contact to told us where to wait at the Terminal. He arrived with his a colleague within 15 minutes (we fully expected to wait the 30 minutes) and quickly appraised the vehicle, taking digital pics of all sides of the car. I signed a sheet confirming the car's mileage and that was it - we were on our way. This is what service should be like in all industries so a big thumbs up to Orange Meet and Greet.

Great service and so easy.We did find it difficult finding the location to collect our car on our return home though. Very good value for money - no more transfer buses for me!

I was so glad to have booked with Orange once again. I was running short of time in arriving at the airport due to a road closure and subsequent diversion. The service was fantastic and my car was waiting for me upon my return so I was able to continue my journey home without delay. Well done and keep up the good work!

Meet and greet is worth a few extra pounds and the staff were quick to answer the phone and polite face to face. Great service.

Internet search showed Orange were the cheapest. We arrived early and on return the plane was early, Orange responded quickly and we didn't have to wait till our allotted time. Nearest pick up to airport door that we have experienced.

The service was fantastic. They met me straight away even though i was early (at 4am!) and coming back didn't have to wait at all. Instructions were very easy to follow.
