We needed to arrive at the Airport at 5.00 am and did not want to use the long stay parking with the wait for a bus and the associated extra travel time, so we opted for the meet and greet. Boy were we happy we did. A quick phone call to advise of our iminient arrival and a very curteous chap told us exactly where to meet our "Greeter" even down to the spot (opposite the flag poles) Hardly had we pulled up and got out of the car and our "Greeter" was there, very efficient and very polite. Two minutes later we were in the airport. On the way back the service was just as good. They had even de-iced the car for us and it was nice and warm inside when the temp outside was -3. Overall I would not hesitate to reecommend this service to anyone. We will certainally be using it on our next visit. Top marks to you all.

Turned up on a snowy morning a little earlier than we had indicated when we called ahead. Scarcely had time to come to a stop though and the two reps identified themselves. One took pictures of the car for the condition record and the other handled the paperwork and sign off. We were inside the terminal within a couple of minutes. On the way back our flight was delayed by a couple of hours so we to stop off in Stansted on arrival for lunch before calling for the car. We even received a courtesy call checking that everything was okay, as they had seen our flight had come in but we hadn't called. They assured us there was no need to hurry so we finished lunch, called the number and by the time we had made it outside the car was waiting at the arranged pick up point. Great service and would definitely recommend and use again myself.

I would have given 5/5 for everything but did have to wait a couple of minutes in the drop off bay when I arrived and the condition of the car was after we had had all the snow and ice so was as good as it could have been without a wash.

Dropped the car off right outside departures and 2 friendly and helpful guys were there already to take the car away-very efficient. On our return we phoned throgh to advise we had just got through customs and by the time we'd got to the agreed meeting point and i'd put the baggage trolley away the car was being dropped off to us - excellent service all round and i think it only cost about £3 in total more than the cheapest longstay carparks.

Freezing cold and was munder the impression I would have the car returned to me ... Soke on phone to whoever and asked them about car was given directions which I couldnt follow , in the end had to have help from police ...and because of all this stress had a Hypo , so had to stop to get a sweet drink ... No one seemed to want to help apart from 1 member of staff and police officers

Having travelled down from Lancashire it was great to just drop off the car and not have take our luggage to a bus stop and freeze until the bus arrived, especially as we had an elderly passenger with us. The staff were polite and helpful at all times and even help when we got the directions slightly wrong. We will certainly use Orange Meet and Greet the next time we fly from Stansted.

I used Orange Meet and Greet for the first time last week. I was extremely impressed at the level of service and great value for money. No Long bus journeys to the Long Stay Car Park. The weather was awful when I returned to Stansted but that didn't bother me as the driver was waiting with my car all cleared of snow and warmed up. I have told all my friends who use Stansted Airport about this service and I am about to book again. Well done Orange.

instructions on how to get there were very confusing and on our return we were told to go to the blue care park and wait under the canopy which we did only to be told off by the driver because we wernt standing in the middle of the car par park with a baby in minus degrees temp

Very good service, the best part was returning to a very cold evening to collect the car in the short term car park, all heated and defrosted. There was no waiting and from phoning ahead we were in the car within 10 minutes. Thanks Anthony Widdup

Simple easy instructions on website and on phone, driver there already there when arrived at stansted, flying back in just as easy instructions and car was there before we even got to the car park(nice and warm as well!) Well done Orange highly recommended at a price not too expensive also.

very prompt at drop off and return. After a 5 hour delayed flight back the car was waiting as walked down ramp. Excellent, would highly recommend.

This was far better than leaving the car and 'bussing' in. There was no waiting around and no long distances to haul the luggage! Very pleasant staff - made the beginning and end of the holiday sress-free! Thank you

The staff were brilliant when I got back Stansted & my car wouldn't work, I had to wait for the AA but all of the staff were efficient and friendly and I couldn't fault them or their service.

My car was returned in the condition i left it and very quickly.The driver was friendly and polite.I would definatley use this service again.Thankyou

The only (Minor) issue is that the operatives at the airport on arrival did not have "Orange" on their High Vis vests. Apart from that the service was excellent and well worth the money

Customer service was excellent apart from the person that returned the car didnt speak English so there was some confusion when we wasnt given the keys back straight away and they wandered off....we didnt know they were going to the ticket machine

We arrived at the airport an hour early which caused a little confusion but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our car to be collected. The paperwork was completed quickly and we were soon on our way. The driver was kind enough to check that we had not forgotten anything. On our way back we couldn't get through on the phone immediately but the driver rang us back within a minute or so. There was absolutely no delay in having our car returned. When I searched the Internet for parking, gosimply.com was the cheapest option - even cheaper than the Long Stay so we thought we'd give it a try. We would certainly do the same again as we were very pleased with the service.

Punctual, much easier than using the Stansted parking. Pickup and dropoff were perfect.

Its difficult to define how incredibly convenient this service has been for our particular situation !!

Had no problems whatsoever. Would both recommend and use this service again.
