As this service was cheaper than the mid stay carpark I was a little worried about its authenticity. I have never handed over my car key to a stranger before and was a little concerned about this. My worries were for nothing, the service was excellent from start to finish and I will definitely be using this company again and recommending to others. They were prompt, friendly and efficient both on our way out and way back.

Car was picked up and returned promptly and the staff were courteous and polite.

I was generally happy with the service, and definitely happy with the friendliness of staff. My one quibble had to do with communication - within Orange Meet and Greet - over a mechanical problem. Due to very cold weather, my car stalled soon after drop-off (probably a frozen diesel line - it was very cold). I was telephoned abroad, and this was explained to me. as this had never happened before, and as I thought it was a freak occurrence due to the cold, we agreed that they should try to start the car again when it warmed up, and let me know if the problem persisted. As I heard nothing, when I returned to pick up my car, I was alarmed to learn it would not start. the staff member taking my call did not know about what had been decided, or whether the car had indeed been checked again when the weather warmed up. In fact, it was fine, and was waiting for me as I left the airport. I do not blame Orange for the car trouble - in fact, they kindly managed to tow it themselves to their car park. But it was a shame that there seemed to be no communication between different shifts over what was done to follow up on this problem. Overall, though, I was happy with the service and would use it again!

Apart from the mileage covered suggesting the car was parked quite some distance away, everything was great. I would use this service again. The friendly staff were waiting outside the terminal when I arrived, took photos of the car and although my flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours, the car was there when we came out again.

Happy with the service. Were slow to identify us for drop off on the phone and then we we waited a couple of minutes. Pick up was excellent.

Both drop off and collection were seamless, with a polite courteous driver to meet us on each occasion. Will be at the top of the list for airport parking in the future.

This was really was an eye opener in terms of airport car parking. The simplicity of it all was great. We phoned the company 20 minutes before arriving at the airport, even though we were at least an hour early we were told we would be met at the terminal entrance. We were, just a few minutes of waiting in the car then someone arrived to photograph our car and collect the keys. On our return we phoned once we had collected our luggage, followed the instructions and were met as we reached the pick up point. Totally simple, no significant waiting, low cost, no shuttle buses. Great.

I have used this service on a few occasions and I would highly recommend it. My car is collected from the airport and brought back by friendly and helpful staff. I have returned from abroad in heavy rain and in heavy snow and my car and driver has met me, on time, with the heater running. I would not consider using any other method for parking my car at Stansted.

Compared to other meet and greet services I've used, this was less polished. Whereas other companies have always been waiting for us when we arrived, we had to wait approx. 5mins for them. On return, they were clearly understaffed and were actually driven to the secure car park as the co-ordinator said they only had one driver. We did appreciate this approach as clearly it meant we were on the road much quicker - I do wonder how the 3 other customers fared on the same night who all called when were in the car! So nice staff and in reality not too much harm done, however I do feel I will be looking to use another company in the future.

Very good service, friendly staff there when they said they would be and quick return of my car when I got back to the airport. Good value for money.

Simple drop-off and pick-up, very good price, can't really see why you would pay a similar price and have to wait for a bus to take you to the terminal. Will certainly use every time I fly from Stansted.

So good when you have an early morning flight not to have to mess about with coaches & buses!

My return from holiday was delayed by 31 hours due to snow in Austria and the holiday company diverting my flight to Manchester. Although it was outside their normal hours and I was their only customer affected, Orange arranged to come in at 3.00 a.m. especially to return my car on my arrival at Stansted and made no charge for the extra day's parking. Top class service.

I woudl recommend this service without a doubt. Upon arrival to Stansted, teh driver was already there, even though I called only 10 minutes before arrival. Var was checked, photographed promptly and one signiture and off it went...fabulous! Upon arrival, the car was waiting for us within 5 minutes of the phone call. The only negative may be that I could not get through to the company for first 10 minutes as their lines were busy and automated message advised to call later.

Couldn't have been easier and would definitely use again. The driver was waiting when the car was dropped off and on return. They gave clear and easy landmarks so you knew where you were heading to meet them. This meet and greet was cheaper than the mid stay car parks available.
