Very polite staff, punctual, and friendly. Identified themselves well, and recorded mileage, fuel and took digital photos of car before we left it. Will be happy to use this company again.

I had an unpleasant experience with anothert company where 2/3 of my petrol disappeared. I was reassured in a most polite way that this would never happen with Orange. This question could have caused disharmony but was handled in a very friendly way that really impressed me. Both drivers were very kind and caring, making sure that I and my 5-year old daughter were safe. And they took the trouble to joke with her! Thank you for being so nice!

Wonderful service from start to finish. I look forward to using this service again on Friday morning.

I've used the service a couple of times now. It's great with kids. The staff are v dry helpful and friendly and the service has been punctual.

Pleasant staff, quick drop off but a 10 min wait on return. I was advised when I dropped the car off that I would have to pay another £2 when I picked up the car but not when I booked. Stansted pick up zone charge introduced fairly recently I was advised.

Excellent service as always, fully recommend. Really friendly & helpful staff. Even though we were 5hrs late back due to a delayed 'Ryanair' flight, it was not a problem. First class service. We have used other 'meet & greet' in Stansted who don't compare.

The only problem we had was contacting Orange Meet and Greet to inform them of our arrival at Stanstead as they had a problem with their telephone, other than that the service was very good and we would definitely use it again

When we arrived, there was a medical emergency with a helicopter blocking the front of the terminal & stopping us dropping the car off. The Orange Meet & Greet guy told us not to worry, and just joint the 'end of the queue'. But there was no queue. He did not seem to know what to do & told us to variously to wait at McDonalds (no idea where that is) or in the short term carpark. I was unwilling to go into the short term car park as it is potentially very expensive. After waiting for a long while along a country road near by, he agreed to meet us at a nominated short term car park. We weren't late for our flight - but we didn't have a lot of time to spare. On the way back we were told to follow the instructions on the slip we had been given to get to the pick up point. These instructions were rubbish and impossible to follow. Eventually the bloke on the phone actually explained where to pick the car up. When we picked the car up - the bloke admitted the instructions were rubbish. Very stressful. They need to get their act together!

The process was simple from start to finish. The staff were friendly, on time and the car only had about an extra 10 miles on it.

I would have scored top on all categories, but I booked very late (day before) and got a high price...I am sure that advance booking is usually better priced and hence my "value for money" view would be 5/5....

Excellent service, very efficient and well worth the money. Only complaint is floor of car and exterior rather dirty on return. Would still use in future.

From the drop off to the pick up the service was really good. We have used other firms for this service but this one was the best so far. Its a little bit more expensive but its worth it in our opinion.

Even though there was congestion in the carparks and we have to meet at a different location on return, the process went smooth and we were on the road with 15 minutes of leaving the terminal building. Meet and greet was not cheap, but for the annual holiday with kids and suitcases it is well worth the expense.

I am not a seasoned traveller and having not previously used this type of service I was a little nervous. However, the nerves were unfounded. Even though we were early for our outbound flight we were not kept waiting around at all and the handover was simply and very friendly. On our return we reached the meet point and the car arrived a couple of minutes later. Again a very friendly and simple handover, all I had to do was drive out the car park. Well done, very well done indeed.

We use valet parking a lot - probably 8 or 9 times a year. I have always used the same company, Meteor, - after a dreadful experience with a rogue lot, shall not mention their name - but this time our usual company, were full and couldn`t help us. So I tried Orange. What a good decision that was! Very professional, friendly, prompt and inspired confidence. Price was very competitive too. I shall definitely use them again

The driver was there when I arrived at the airport and on myreturn arrived in 10-15 minutes after I spoke to him on collecting our luggage

Telephone help was helpful, friendly and polite. Parking staff delivering and collecting were polite and efficient. A great system.
