The meet and greet service is good. The staff met us where instructed and the paper work took couple of minutes and we were ready to go. On return the car was waiting for us and we were off within minutes. This experience is very stress free.

On time good service in and out. Great value for money. Will want to use again

Great service. A bit misleading about the money to get out of car park. You have to give them money for them to take your car out and you have to pay yourself to take it out so its not just one payment of 2.80 other than that it was very efficient

Would def use this service again. They where just brillant. We missed the turning for stanstead. (it was 4am) We rang the staff and they could have not been more helpful. Handed over the Car, Driver was waiting for us. Very frriendly. When we returned we called the telephone number and don't think we waited more than 5 mins. Again the driver was very freindly and helpful. Would rec to a friend and def use again. Well done.

Would recommend the meet & greet service provided by Orange. Booking was easy, service was prompt and was great value for money. Would definitely use again.

The service was excellent. When we arrived everything was on time, well explained and efficient. Similarly when we came home the we rang after collecting our bags , walked to the meeting point and the car was waiting for us.

We were very pleased with the punctuality and friend service we received and will deferential use Orange Meet and Greet again.

From the first phone call to the pick up of the car everything went very smoothly. Very good company, reliable, no waiting around. Would recommend, and would definately use again.

I have marked everything with a "best" category, however, on arriving when I telephoned we were slightly confused with the directions in that we thought that the orange parking area was accessed through the drop off area. Therefore, we had to pay an exit fee to come out (a couple of pounds)and then enter the pick up car park. Very friendly chap greeted us and likewise on our return. Would recommend and use again.

The service is what it says on the tin that is what you get, which makes a refreshing change.Meet and greet is excatly what i got GREAT. Will defenitly use them again.

We were met very promptly in both directions, and staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. In particular, I had a problem on arrival at the airport, and the lovely woman who picked up our car could not have been kinder; I only wish I had noticed her name to thank her directly! This service makes leaving the car at the airport so much simpler than having to wait for transport to and from carparks, and is excellent value for money.

Just one little complaint....I knew I would have to pay car park charge when picking up my car but didn't know I would have to pay it also when I dropped my car off. This wouldn't stop me booking again.......

My car was well looked after. I called immediately I arrived at the airport and the car arrived as soon as I came out of the airport. My car wind screen was cleaned and my valuables were intact.

The beginning of February 2013 was my first experience using this service. It certainly won't be my last. As a female travelling alone, arriving and departing the airport at night, the meet and greet was spot on and on my recommendation my husband has now booked for the beginning of March.

Really friendly and calm (great if you suffer from travel fever). Beats waiting for the bus in the long-stay car park hands down

After a terrible start to the day with a puncture, turning up in a different car was taken in their stride. Transfer was slick and cheerful both going out and coming back. Would definitely use again.
