Instructions were followed as set out on the very simple but explicit instruction sheet sent via email and everything was delivered as promised. A very good hassle free service. Highly recommended.

Never having used this service before was a little apprehensive,however I will be using it from now on. Gone are the days of waiting around in the cold for airport buses or courtesy cars. I will most definitely use Aardvark Parking in the future as the staff were most pleasant and very helpful.

Aardvark provides excellent value for money and I cannot see why people use more expensive services because it could not be bettered.

Have used several valet parking companies over the years, and I would say that Aardvark were definitely up there as one of, if not the best.

The bus is such a pain at Stansted. This is marginally more money, but so easy. Chap only took a couple of mins to collect car, and was there waiting for us on our return. No car parking to pay.

Brilliant valet parking service! Called as we were early arriving at Stansted - no bother and they had someone there to collect the car as we were arriving. On return, called as we passed through customs and again car was waiting for us. You only get 15 mins in short stay so ensure you do not call before you pass thru customs or it may take longer than 15 mins to get to the car park and you will then have to pay. Recommend and would use again. Brilliant if you have small children and/or loads of bags!

Great service. Turned up early which wasn't a problem. On the return home car turned up within minutes of us coming out of the airport. Would definetly use again. Cheaper than using airport parking and so much more convenient

Arrived at the airport,meet & greet driver arrived after 2 minutes,same on arrival home excellent service would use this company again no faults or problems 1st class service

We were most pleased with the meet and greet arrival service. The young lady who collected our car carried out her checks very efficiently. However, on return the car took a further 20 mins to arrive AFTER we reached the pickup area. The car and tyres were muddy as was the drivers floorwell. However, we would use the service again but would probasbly be more critical if the same problems were repeated.

We rang your company to collect our car when we were about to leave Birchanger and your rep was waiting for us when we arrived at Stansted. When we came home we got instructions of where to walk to and our car arrived as we did at the parking area. We quickly received our exit token and were on the road home within 5 minutes. We would rate you as very efficient and would use you again and would recomend you to all our friends. Roger Needham

First time user, but a better experience than I expected, punctual, quick and efficient and vehicle as I left it. Much better than getting the bus from surrounding parks, all in all I would recommend it based on this first use. Thanks

Downside of our trip, my Mastercard was used in Italy by somebody who had the details and knew when we would be away and for how long. I am so gutted and it puts me off of putting my details on line. I am not pointing the finger but, I paid with the same card to you, RyanAir, Booking.com and of course the hotel we stayed in. So great loyality from somebody eh. What a society we live in.
