Absolutely the best way to park at the airport. No dragging cases onto buses and less time consuming. We were concerned about our flight delay but it made no difference and our car was returned within minutes of reaching the pick-up point. Excellent service.

Absolutely effortless, well worth the extra few pounds over long stay parking.

It was very easy, simple and straight forward. The stress was taken out of our arrival and return, just what you want to start and end a holiday, i would certainly use and recomend your service....

Response time for valet parking call excellent. Staff friendly. Excellent value for money. May be cheap but is certainly efficient and excellent value for money. Would recommend and will certainly use again..

The Driver was prompt to meet and greet us. However the car was obviously left in a field where it was muddy. My car had mud marks on it. The driver also had not told us that we would have to pay an extra £5 to get out of the car park. I was not happy with the service.

this meet and greet service was efficient, friendly and effortless. The booking was simple and even though we arrived at the airport at 4.30am in terrible fog, our driver was waiting for us with a smile! Would definitely use again.

On arriving at Stansted Airport, collected luggage from carosels, then phoned as requested. A short time the phone cut off, after the third attempt contact was made. The pick up point was not the one stated on arrival, this did not retract from the service received.

Absolutely great service. No hanging around necessary. Staff were waiting to collect our car on arrival and were waiting in the car park to return our car.

there needs to be an official park-up area for the arrrival & cllection of vehicles. Current system means parking in a drop off area only & after a couple of mins are told to move on. Apart from this it is a very efficient service.

The driver turned up on time both on the way out and on the way back. The car was as I left it what more do you want. Does what it says on the packet. I shall have no hesitation in useing them again.

We left the phone call upon our arrival a bit late as they said they would be there in 10 minutes. We had to wait 5 minutes but they arrived 10 minutes after phone call so spot on. On our return we phoned after reclaiming baggage and was told 5 minutes,having just got to the short stay car park we saw our car coming through the barrier and delivered back to us.From our first time experience of using this service we found our departure and return at the airport was made so much easier, the drivers were polite and efficient and we will certainly be using Aardvark Parking again. (P.S. I'm not an agent for Aardvark)

I do think that you need to be aware of things that happen beyond our control e.g cancelled flights and agree to make the changed time/date without extra cost. We still wanted to leave our car but it was just a day later and no expense to yourselves. t caused a lot of stress but thankfully the actual people collecting our car were prepared to meet us at the changed times

I used Aardvark and thought they were great!!!! Arriving at the airport at 4am the driver was waiting for me (having called when exiting the motorway). A very quick and efficiant change over!!! (signed the paperwork handed over the keys). When leaving the airport the driver was there a couple of minutes after us ver quick change over!!!! the only critism would be that we had to be very quick in geting out of the car park as it only has a 15 minute waiting period before you get fined!!!! but that is not Aardvarks fault!!!!! Great service, good value for money i would recommend them to anyone.

Having always used off site airport parking Meet and Greet were a blessing. Arriving at the airport at 5am it was great to just hand the keys over and arriving back was even better as no buses/transport to wait for and the car was kept really close to the pick up point so no long walk in the rain! Would definetly recommend, especially for those travelling with either young children or elderly companions. Will be using Meet & Greet on a regular basis from now on.

Both drop off and pick up were quick and the staff friendly. Short stay parking paid by Aadrvark. Would recommend.

Brilliant service, hassle free and friendly staff. We travelled with our 6 month old son and this made it so easy. I have been to Stansted before and not used the meet and greet service and spent ages parking, queuing for buses etc, not any more. The staff on the phone and the drivers were really friendly and helpful. They were there waiting for us on our return right outside the door. Would definately recommend and use again. Many thanks

This is the second time we have used Aardvark parking and on both occasions our experience has been superb. Hassle free, the car was picked up and dropped off with no delay and ensured a stress-free departure to and from the airport, avoiding the additional time spent on buses which was invaluable to us and our young family. Would definitely recommend, we will use this service again.
