Aardvark apparently aren't an 'official' valet parking company at Stanstead, so some silly little jobsworth policeman wouldn't let me drive to departures to drop my car off, as arranged. However, after a quick call to Aardvark, they told me to meet them in the Meet and Greet car park, which is literally 30 seconds from the terminal. They even paid the £1.50 parking fee. On the way back I called Aardvark after I picked up my luggage and as I reached the car park, my car arrived at the same time. Again, Aardvark paid the £1.50 parking fee. It cost me £22 to leave my car for three days, cheaper than using the official, long term car park at the airport, and I didn't have to venture further than the terminal building. Staff were curteous, efficent and friendly and the whole process was very smooth. I would recommend Aardvark and will definitely be using them again.

On arriving at Stansted I rung Aardvark as soon as we had got off the tarmac and advised the lady on the telephone that we had collected our baggage as we were only carrying hand luggage. We went to the meeting area but had to wait some 20 minutes there before the car was brought. It also looked like the car had been driven at speed through a muddy field as there was mud up both sides and even on the side windows. We did not complain at the time as it was, a) dark and b) we just wanted to get home after a long day.

this was our first booking with Aardvark Parking,on telephoneing in advance of our arrival at the drop off, we just unloaded our car when your driver arrived. Excellent timeing.On return again your driver was on time.Both drivers friendly and helpful.Have aready recommended your company to my friends

Always helpful, cheerful and efficient. My 3rd time using this operator this year, all of them excellent experience at half the price of others that I have used.

Waiting for us when we got there, waiting for us when we got back, friendly enough and paid the £2 car park ticket to get out as we left. What more could you want?!

excellent service, wish we had used them before, met us with no fuss at the airport after a simple phone call and better still were there with the car when we landed outside the airport.

Got to stansted having rung them 10 mins before and was not allowed up the drop off ramp at the front of the terminal by the security because there would be no one to drive the car away and aardvark parking are not allowed to pickup the car from the drop off area. There is only one franchised company allowed to do it, apparently. It wasn't a big deal though we had to park in the short stay pickup zone and they covered the extra cost but you may want to allow a little time just in case of any confusion. Prompt pickup and delivery and good value. Tyres came back slightly muddy and had done 12 miles so not sure where it was parked! My brothers car, which also stayed with aardvark, had only done 5 miles and was not muddy so they obviously have several places to park cars.

The telephone staff were efficient and helpful. The drivers were punctual and very friendly and helpful, as I had my father-in-law, wheelchair and baggage to deal with.

When arriving back at the airport (at the expected time), it took 20 minutes to get an answer on the telephone from the company. I even tried their emergency number, but that went to answer phone! So I had started to worry about it while standing in the dark and rain on my own at the airport. For that reason, I probably wouldn't use this service again.

First class service with friendly professional staff. Both drivers were prompt at pick up and return; could not have asked for better!

I could not get the phone answered on my approach to Stanstead. finally got them when outside Departures. they took 20 mins to collect car. On return called to be told next driver back in 8 mins would need 12 mins to get to me. Eventually got car 30 mins after calling in.The Staff were polite and apologetic.

We booked online and received a prompt email confirmation of the booking along with booking number. We then received another email a few days before we were due to arrive at the airoprt to remind us of our booking details. The staff arrived at the airport within 5 minutes of us both at departure and arrivals and there was not any fuss involved. The only minor irritant was that on the booking confirmation I was given the main office number and should have been given the collection driver's mobile - so there was a slight delay in getting in touch with the driver and a higher phone bill since I had to call the 0844 number. Will I use them again? Yes...I have already booked again for 2 weeks time!
