A reassuring air of calm and experience when we dropped off the car - and on the departure level, which isn't the case for all meet and greet operators - straight into the airport and we were checked in within ten minutes. Our return flight was an hour late, but that didn't faze the Aardvark team, and there was our car, in pole position in the short-term car park, when we came down from the arrivals lounge. Turned up at stanstead in the car pulled over at depature, got everyone out, myself my Wife and 2 children 3 and 4 years old. Was met immediatly by the rep, who took my keys checked the car gave a form for my return and that was that, simple easy and stress free. On return rang aardvark after I had collected our luggage (2AM) was told that car was waiting walked the 30 seconds outside collected car and went home. Easy. For those of you considering saving £20 and getting the bus from one of the cheaper car parks, you must be mad for an extra £20 its the same as being dropped off and picked up by a friend. I will always use this system from now on.

After some horror stories of valet parking we were aprehensive but this service was excellent. We had to wait a couple of minutes dropping off the car but there was someone there to advise us the driver was on his way and it was due to traffic chaos at the airport so out of his hands. We rang on collecting our bags and car was there waiting for us - very quick!! If there was a valet wash service offered would definately consider taking that up as an additional price so that we could have a clean car on return - just to make the service feel 100% VIP!! Def recommended and great price better than long term without the hastle of a bus!

Absolutely no complaint about the efficient Meet and Greet service both on leaving Stansted and upon return - it worked like clockwork. There was a bit of a queue at the Spanish desk collecting the car which was very new new and an upgrade too. My only complaint is being charged without an option for a full tank of fuel - this makes the hire very expensive if like us you were not having the car for long or travelling very far - we returned the car with half a tank of fuel - pure profit for the car hire company, Goldstar.

Considering the difference between airport parking and meet and greet, the meet and greet service provides excellent value for money and hassle free travelling

Many thanks for the service offered and delivered.Have never used Stanstead airport before but your service made the parking easy.I found the tarif very comparable even better value than similar services offered at other London airports.

The driver met us promptly when we arrived, there was some confusion once we were back in the country as one of our bags went missing. However, we got our car back and all was well. Thank you for a great service.

Driver waiting when we arrived, very quick handover. Car ready as soon as we reached pick up point. Would recommend highly and will definitely use again.

Easy to book via the online booking. On arrival handover very easy took 2 minutes. When returning to collect vehicle waited only 5 minutes for vehicle to arrive. Overall a very good service which I would use again.

We were a little apprehensive about leaving our car after hearing horror stories. We did our research and we're very happy with the service. It's particularly good for a weekend away. It must have saved us an hour by not having to get the bus etc. Will definitely use this service again.

Sure beats waiting for long stay parking buses.On site parking was a particular plus point with nominal mileage clocked up. Drivers were most polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

I would advise that it is made clear where the car is to be left on arrival at the airport. It is not the valet area as expected - thus led to a delay. However, now that I am aware of this - I would have no hesitation in recommending this service

Very friendly efficient and cost effecctive service. When you are travelling at 4.00 am with young children you need a service like aardvaark valet parking. In future would not go anywhere else.

Saves time, takes hassel out of arrival at airport, and so takes pressure off you when you most need it!

I kept wondering where the catch would be because I couldn't believe the price we were paying for such convenient service! In summary, a very efficient, punctual and convenient service and excellent value for money. I will definetely use this option again.

i telephoned 10 minutes before arrival at Stansted, the guy turned up as we arrived - great. i telephoned as we collected our bags and a lady turned up with the car just as we got to the pick up point. friendly staff. thank you
