Can't speak highly enough of this service. The staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. We only had to wait a couple of minutes on our return when a very polite gentleman arrived with the car in superb condition. What a stressless way to end a holiday! We will definitely use Aardvark parking in future where ever possible.

I couldn't fault the service. I called the number on approaching the airport and the driver turned up within minutes of the call. On our return again we called the driver once our luggage had arrived and by the time we reached the car park the driver and car were there. The car was clean and only 3.9 miles on the clock. The meet and greet service was excellent. No waiting around and we could begin our onward journey straight away.

The only thing I was unsure about was the mileage as I almost ran out of petrol on the way home!! Otherwise the experience was a very good one. Very prompt pick up and return.

I was very pleased with this service and would do it again. They were prompt, it was quick and very convenient!! The last thing you want to be doing is wasting time waiting and catching buses for transfers especially with our lovely english weather!! This is the perfect solution.

This was a really easy process and made leaving the car at the airport so much simpler. We called 10 minutes before arriving at departures and then met the driver there on time. He was friendly and helpful. We called as we left the baggage reclaim and our driver was there to meet us on time the same one who had collected the car). We would definitely use the service again.

Superb, called 10 minutes out. Met and driver volunteered his ID. On return called after clearing customs and vehicle arrived as I entered the short stay car park. Car odometer showed car had only travelled 6 miles. Brilliant friendly and efficient service.

Having used other companies at other airports, I was very pleased with the standard of service. Punctuality is the most important factor for me and in this case it was excellent.

The directions were good, but a notice to confirm that we had found the right place on our first experience would be useful. No other comments - everything was according to plan.

The customer service was not good, felt under pressure to rush to the valet section despite explaining we were lost. Very aggressive customer service, not a good start to the holiday and car was covered in mud and missing petrol on return. sorry, apart from punctuality, a very disappointing service.

Definitely the easiest and cheapest way of parking! Gave them a call 10 mins before arrival and, even though this was an hour before the agreed time, they were there waiting. Signed over the car and keys and we were off. The arrival back at Stansted was exactly the same. We were met in the car park, signed back the keys and were done. Couldn't have been easier and worked out a lot cheaper than parking elsewhere and getting a shuttle to the airport. Result!

When catching an early flight it is good to know that this company offers a very efficient valuable meet and greet service. Excellent value for money, as other companies seemed to cost almost double what we paid. Cost was similar to mid-stay.They also paid our exit fee!!

They did exactly as they said they were going to. As well as being easy and flexible to deal with. Why would you pay virtually the same for long term parking.

This is the first time we have used a meet and greet service it was recommened by a friend, we would definatley use again .we found them friendly and reliable a more relaxing start and finish to your holiday .

I arrived 2 hours early to avoid adverse weather conditions but this did not prevent the driver arriving within 5 minutes of my call. On the return journey, we had barely arrived at the pick up point when the driver turned up. On both occassions, despite the cold and wet conditions, the drivers were friendly, cheerful and efficient and the paperwork took seconds to complete. The service has made the journey to airports less frantic and opened up the option of travelling on night flights in the knowledge that those parking shuttle bus stops can be a thing of the past.

I'll definitely be recommending this service to anyone who's interested! It worked very smoothly, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It cost a small amount more than parking in the long-term car park but was worth that many times over - such a luxury not to have to get the bus from miles away, remember where your car is etc, especially when it's cold, and it also saves loads of time. Brilliant!

Ardvaak is one of the best valet parking that operate at Stansted. You do not have to wait as you do with other services as the vehicle is securely parked on the airport not in a field miles away.

we were met at departures as arranged and within 5 minutes paperwork was completed and we were in the terminal. on collecting the car we called the number provided and within 5 minutes the car was returned to the pickup point and we were on our way home. well worth the extra £10 compared to long stay parking were you have a 15 minute bus journey each end that only runs every 20 minutes.
