Simple, easy and very efficient AND cheaper than normal onsite parking. Removed all the hassle to give a relaxed start to a holiday and relaxing uncomplicated end to it as well.

Will definitely use again, but will try to call earlier than required, to ensure that I don't encounter the same problems this time. Please sort your phones out, and provide a second mobile contact number. Otherwise a great service. Good value for money.

Travelling with a toddler is always stressful so if you can make life easier it makes all the difference. Staff were really prompt waiting to collect the car on arrival, so we could get straight out and walk into departures. On returning we called them after we collected our bags and by the time we walked outside our car was waiting for us. Amazing, love this service. Will never park in the car park and get transfers again.

I was a bit apprehensive about leaving my car at a park I've not seen, but I needn't have worried. The driver was on time at both drop off and pick up. And the car was fine. Definitely use them again.

This is a good service with friendly and efficient staff. Timely and helpful. We haven't had to wait for them, and the car is nice and warm when you get in!

Perfect timing, both ways! Car exactly as i left it!! (A mess!!- sorry!!) and a nice little paper matt so noone dirtied the carpet! no unexpected mileage (i have watched all the programmes about this stuff!) all round nice people! will use again if flying from stansted! :D x

A BIT CAUTIOUS AS WE HAD NEVER USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE. THERE WAS NO NEED. VERY SMOOTH AND QUICK BOTH TIMES. ALREADY BOOKED THIS SERVICE FOR OUR CHRISTMAS TRIP.

Easy to leave and collect car, right near the terminal. Vital when travelling with a small child. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will use again.

As a first-time user of this service, I was slightly apprehensive in case something went awry. My fears were allayed shortly after arrival at the drop-off point, by the main entrance, where the driver met us and collected the car. After previous nightmare experiences with the long-stay car park - including missing a flight - this drop-off services saves as much as 45 minutes... important time if you're booked in on an early-morning flight after a long drive to Stansted. There was a slight delay of maybe 20 minutes for the return of the car, although this was of little consequence really. The staff were courteous, the process was simple and - importantly - the cost matched that of the dreaded long-stay. Without any hesitation, I will use this service again.

Ideal way to go to and leave the airport, especially when you have children, no waiting around for buses and walking around a car park trying to find your car. Jut drop off at the airport terminal and then wait in the short stay car park for your car (we waiting less than 10 mins). Also much better value than the airport standard long term parking.

When we first arrived at the airport the guy we spoke to on the phone seemed a quite rude. I had rang a little bit before 10 mins as I wasn't sure how much longer it would take us to get to the airport and so he seemed really annoyed that he was driving around looking for us. But when we returned from our holidays the driver who bought our car back was so friendly and the customer service was really great. This really made me change my mind about the company!

Great service, would definitey use Aardvark again, very good value for money. Highly Recommended.

Driver 25 mins late - could have parked medium stay for £10 less. Late return flight - prompt pick up was main reason for booking. Would think twice about using Aardvark again.

First time I have used this service and I was pleased with the hastle free way that it works. Will certainly use it again.

Very friendly driver, even after I found out at the airport after droping the car off, that I have forgoten something really important in in the car, so he had to come back.

We were unsure about this service but it turned out to be excellent and we'll certainly use it in future. We have a not very posh family car and too young kids. It was wonderful to be able to just drive up to the door of the airport, hand over our keys and then, on returning, be met just outside the doors. Brilliant!

Staff were friendly and polite, asked after our trip on return. I had to change the car details a week or so before the trip, and the company was very matter-of-fact about it, for which I was grateful. I was confused though, to have booked an Aardvark service, through Go Simply, and then have Meteor arrive to park the car. They had all our details, and I wasn't worried about it, but I think this could have been made clearer.

slight misunderstanding when we arrived at stansted having never flown from there before wasn't too sure where to drop off the car and the driver was a little abrupt with us but car was collected promptly and service was very good
