Everything that was written on the screen went exactly as planned. May I suggest a summary card (post-card size) with the key stab points clearly printed on one side and a map showing pick-up point on the other. I did have a bit of a problem understanding exactly where I should collect my car. Apart from that the arrangement is one that we will always use when flying from Stansted and thoroughly reccomend to our friends. john cannon

was great value for money this service was alot easier than using park and ride service the driver was there to pick up the car and on return our car was ready no waiting around for coaches to take us to the car park will definitely use again

far better, for less money, than parking in the car parks and getting the bus. very convenient and friendly service.

The whole process went smoothly with no concerns or stress. This is the first time that I have used this type of airport parking and I would definately come back. The car was fine on arrival and everyone was on time.

Came very quickly to pick the car up and took about 10 minutes on the way back. The driver was really friendly and was a hassle free service. Much better than waiting for a bus to take us to a car park miles away. worth the extra cash.

There were no issues which caused us any stress at all from phone calls indicating where we were, to the excellent staff who greated us. Well done. You certainly will be used again.

Ok but was disapointed to be charged £10 per day when we couldnt get back for a week because of the volcanoe

Phoned 10 mins away from airport driver was waiting same on return , Car as clean as we left it, very pleased.

Very efficent, arrived a minute after we got to airport and similarly on way back, arrived a minute after we came out. Will definately use again and recommend to friends and family.

Used Aardvark twice within 2 weeks, and no concerns at all, the drivers were lovely, with a nice personal touch. Definitely will use them again. Super punctual as wel.

All arrangements worked perfectly.This meet and greet service beats messing around with either the mid-stay or long-stay car parks - time saved and no aggro!

I have never used a service like this before, we normally park our car and get on a bus to the airport, never again. I have not stopped telling everyone who travel regularly about this company. The driver arrived to meet us about 2 minutes after we arrived at the airport, on our return we were early i called and said we would be outside in 5 minutes and they were there before us, i would use them again also very pleasant drivers 5*.

service was very friendly and eficient but was slightly confused (and stil am) as i thought i had booked with aardvark but when they arrived to take my car they were meteor parking, same company different name?

I Often arrive 10 to 15 minutes early at the meet stage and the staff are very helpful in getting the driver to me. Only a few minutes delays on the return but better than using the bus to outer car parks etc. Overall a good service that I do recommend to others.

The drivers were prompt on arrival and quick to drop off on return. Good profeesionalism and for what I paid, very worth it. The only bad thing was the car was caked in mud when it was returned and after washing there was some scratches on the right hand side of the car. I didn't bother chasing up on it as i'm just too lazy, but i've used Ardvark (Meteor) quite a few times now and this has been my only complaint.

Arrived at 05:30 called as we left motorway and were met in the red carpark as specified. On return our flight was cancelled and we returned the following day, Car arrived within 10 minutes of phoning them. Staff were friendly and effecient on both arrival and departure. Excellent value, will use again.

Both collection and returning of the car was spot on, they were there in the morning collecting the car straight away and the process took less than 2 minutes. On the way back my flight was 40 minutes early but the car was there when I arrived at the short stay parking.

Rang to tell them we were about 10 mins from the airport, but actually took us about 15 mins to get there. They rang us while we were still on the way to make sure they hadn't missed us at the airport. Rang when we got through customs and told that the car would we there within 10 mins. The car arrived at the carpark about 1 min after us. Staff friendly and helpful. Cost us about £3 more then a long term carpark. Will use them agin.
