Competitive price, driver arrived promptly at drop off and collection, courteous service and car was as I had left it. Will be using again for my next trip this Friday- highly recommended.

I had to wait for collection and delivery of my vehicle longer than was indicated - 10 - 15 minutes more but, overall, I was pleased with the service and it represented fantastic value for money.

Due to one of the drivers leaving his phone in a customers car, and this subsequently was the number in which we were instructed to call, this meant myself, my girlfriend and our 6 month old son were forced to wait 50 mins in a car park for our car to be delivered. As it was 9.30pm at night and about 11 degrees, this wasn't ideal.

I'm nReally like it. And It's worth it. Definitely I would ahead next time with you guys.

Very pleased and satisfied with the Swift Meet & Greet Parking. I was 30 mins ahead of my time and called the number and they were extremely polite and accepted the car without any issues. It was the same situation when I landed, my flight was early... again nothing was too much of a problem for them The car was waiting at the designated area for me. Both times the guys were pleasant & made the right amount of conversation. Overall extremely pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend them. Thanks Neetasha

The service we got from Swift meet and Greet was excellent. They arrived as stated on the outgoing and incoming journeys, the drivers were polite and helpful. all in all an excellent experience which I will recommend to anyone. Thank You Peter Gordon

Simple on line booking, easy to follow instructions for drop off and pick up. Staff polite and friendly too.

The whole experience would make your early morning flight so much better. Using your own car to get you to airport is so much more comfortable than using public transport, but I always hated fact that you need to look for a long term car park. Most of them are expensive or far away from the entrance. With this service I did a last minute booking. Then you leave your car almost next to airport entrance and when you come back you pick it up at the same location. This is amazing!

Brilliant service, fast, professional and great value. I will certainly use this service again. I'm a regular traveler out of Luton and used to use taxis as the on site long term is a real pain. This service is great - keep it up!!!

Phone calls for meet and greet were answered promptly. On returning to Luton and phoning for car, the man said "see you in 10 minutes". 10 minutes later he arrived!. Seamless operation from online booking thru to meet at Luton at 5am and then the 10 minute greet as above. Brilliant.

We arrived almost an hour early to drop off our car, but that was not a problem. The service was very efficient and the staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely use again.

swift were really helpful, we had a lot of delays through passport control and getting our bags but by calling the office and keeping swift up to date with what was going on we were still able to organise that the car arrived in the short term carpark at exactly the same time as we did. This service is really good if you are travelling with kids and bags - i will use again

I waited about 10 mins after I had made the phone call and similar on my return. Great service, good value for money. I have used previously and will definitely use again.

What else can I say other than I was totally happy with SWIFT. The service and value was great and would certainly call them again.

Very good value. Only small criticism is the pick up/drop off point is still a walk from terminal leaving a struggle with cases unlike Gatwick which is directly outside terminal
