Excellent, as cheap as long term off site parking with no hassle! Hassle free, called when 10 mins from airport and they arrived in the meet & greet as we did allowing us to simply unpack the car and walk to the airport to start our holiday without the need to jump on a bus transfer! Same on return. Excellent

It is very irritating having two telephone numbers one of which is not relevant to dropping off or pickup i.e.0844 445 7127 and yet this is the only one on the "Condition Report" when picking up. There is no indication on "Airport parking Confirmation" that this number is not relevant and when driving it is impossible to take down the right number when the answering service tells it to you.

I would recommend this company to family and friends for good service and good price.

A slick and pleasant experience that took away any worries about checking into the airport on time! The pick up before my holiday and the meet at the end of my holiday were efficiently carried out by staff who supported me well as a first time user of this service. I was very reserved as I never heard about this service before, seemed cheap and too good to be true. But the reviews made me take my chances. Especially for a family with children! But it does exactly what it says on the tin: somebody was waiting when we came to Luton to leave; the car was there just 5 minutes after the call, engine was on (great for the baby). We didn't even pay for the exit parking fee. It comes cheaper then taking trains, under- and overground trains and buses, it's great. We will use it again and again, for sure!

My wife rang 20 minutes before we arrived at the airport as requested to do, Meet greet person was there ready to collect our car, he checked the car over, noted any valuables (sat nav) recorded the mileage and gave us a copy of the paperwork. Once we landed on return we rang the number given when we got through passport control. We had no baggage to pick up so we were quick, we walked to the car park (around 5 minutes) and our car arrived within a minute. Great service fair price.

would not use swift as we had to wait 25min when collecting my car on return which probably would be as much time as park and ride. My friends who rand after me on return had her car delivered before mine.

Need to sort out contact number.Took 5 calls to make contact (including the guy who doesn't work for them any more!),by this time we were nearly at the airport,but once contacted didn't take long for them to arrive. On return phoned as soon as we had our bags and the car drove in as we reached the meeting area so no problems.Good service let down by initial contact problem.

First class service with no hitches whatever, even though our returning flight didn't arrive until 4am, nearly 3 hours late. They were still there, fresh as a daisy and ready for action.

The whole experience was a good one, from drop off to collection. Would certainly use again and noted off site parking only mile away. So opportunity for delays minimal.

Considering it was off site parking the mileage was a lot lower than expected. The driver was very friendly, polite and courteous.
