The guy who collected the car was a few minutes late but very pleasant and full of apologies. Even though our return flight was delayed and we landed late at night the car pick up worked very smoothly indeed. verty happy with the service.

i was a bit confused as to where the drop off point was.driver was there to pick up my car. on my return i called the office to be told it was closed.not made very clear i had to dial 02 to collect my car.the driver was very quick dropping my car back.he was friendly as it was 2am would i use them again 100% yes my only moan was i didnt have a pound on me to get out of the drop off car park i think it should have been included in the price overall though a very good service

everything ran exactly to plan - i have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service...excellent value for money!

In the confined environment of the Luton airport drop off zone, swift did just what they said they would. thy were there on time and in place for our departure and turned up promptly when it was time for us to leave. Would definitely use again.

I was very happy with the service as drivers were waiting for me both on arrival and departure, despite me being late on both occassions. only down-sides: 1. Parking was more expensive that valet parking at Heathrow (although cheaper than other services at Luton) 2. Staff at call centre (who we called to confirm arrival time) didn't speak English fluently - however the drivers at the airport were friendly and helpful
