Driver waiting to do pick up, and return there within 5 minutes. Meet and greet at Luton is a long way from the terminal whoever you use butswift were great.

Could not fault the service both outward and inward journeys. Would definately use swift meet and greet again thankyou

good value compared to all other options. makes parking a low hassle activity.

With a couple of kids, why would you want to use any other service. Drop the car off, sign a form and hand over your car key..... No finding a car parking space close to a bus stop, waiting for a bus, lugging your bags on and off the bus, and then doing all that again when you get back. I'll never use any other parking service again!

I think this is an excellent service, , my only criticisim is that although I called them 25 mins before we arrived at the airport I had to wait 15 mins for the driver to arrive, otherwise an excellent service and will be using this company again

Polite and courteous staff. Hassle free parking on doorstep of terminal.

This service avoids the frustration of delays waiting for shuttle buses when time is of the essence arriving at the airport. It also means you can get straight in the car and leave on your return. Thoroughly recommended.

cannot fault really although it was all a bit rushed and not as close to the terminal as expected - to be fair it was only 5 minute walk but this is not under cover and it was a bit frantic at 4 am in the pouring rain with a baby and a toddler

Another driver backed into my car as I was handing over the keys to the meet & greet driver. My driver could not have been nicer about the irritating incident.

All went OK apart from having to wait 10 mins for the car to be returned. The people taking the calls when dropping off or picking up give an sense of confusion which does not give confidence but all seems to work well

My car was lost! The staff were rude when I explained that if they Couldn't find my car I would have to contact the police and report it stolen I was told "do what you want" they then Wouldn't answer my calls. The police found my car and resolved issues. I waited in the early hours with two young children for nearly 3 hours. I travel a lot and always use valet parking but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I was told I would be contacted with an apology and a refund but 5 days on I have heard nothing !

Everything went smoothly, we only waited a few minutes on both drop off and pick up. Excellent service at an excellent price. Would definitely use this company again.

very simple and convenient. dropped the car near the airport. there were two numbers to ring - the mobile one was the best - would have been great if they had just given us that as the other went through some call centre. staff polite and helpful. didnt take long to drop off car and could go straight to airport. on return we were given clear instructions to ring when we cleared baggage so we would then be told how long before coming to collect the car and wouldnt have to wait in the rain. As it happened it was only 5 minutes so no wait at all. we would use them again.

Driver turned up up on time even though I forgot to call 20mintues before I arrived! Collection of car was really easy they were there once we got out the airport nice speedy service.

It was so good just to be able to park close to the terminal, have the car collected and returned within a few minutes, ready to just drive away!
