Fabulous service. Friendly driver, stress free and seamless service both inbound and outbound - what's not to like?

On return from my holiday I called the company after collecting my luggage and as I walked to the car park I saw my car arrive. As I checked over the car the driver sorted out the car park ticket which I then used to get out the car park. All very efficient and no problems with my car. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

We made a mistake in our booking dates which we only discovered close to the time. There was no fuss making the change and the whole operation went without a hitch. Beats waiting for a bus to the car park and doesn't cost a whole lot more. And you also deal with real nice people.

The service was very good no delay in dropping off or collecting the car.

Excellent service, especially on return. I phoned just as we left the terminal building and my car was waiting when I reached the car park. I would definitely use this service again.

Car was returned with an almost flat rear - and at 4am in the morning in luton airport and travelling south to London - i was not best pleased. Driver would have seen message continually on the car onscreen computer - but was not pointed out to me. disappointed

All in all a good service! We had to hang around for about 10 mins whilst dropping car off but apologies was made!

Used Swift for first time travelling form Luton last week. Overall very pleased with service received only minor fault was an admin problem. We had to change our vehicle at the last minute so I called the booking agent and advised them the night before and received confirmation e-mail the next day. On approaching the sirport I rang the number given to request the drop off and it seemed they were still expecting the original veicle. This continued and we had the same conversation with the duy picking up the car and then the same on return. Not a major issue just slightly annoying that there had been a communiucation breakdown betweeen agent and the copany themselves. Only other comment is that there was no vehicle inspection conducted when the vehicle was returned to us, having said that vehicle exchange on drop off and collection was swift. Would use Swift again as good value compared to other providers.

Due to traffic delays we were late for our original time but we communicated this by phone and it was not a problem. The driver arrived in plenty of time for us to get out plane and on our return arrived quickly to enable us to continue our journey home. Great service.

Good friendly service that I use every week. Ensure you phone 10 mins before you want to drop or collect the car and there is little waiting around

Worse meet and greet I've ever experienced!! Do not use!! When we arrived to drop off the car we waited for 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the paper work, to which they just asked me to sign and that was all no form of apology. At collection as they asked we called after baggage collection to still have to wait for 15 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys although the car was in the meet and greet area. At collection noticed there was a big scratch on the bumper of my car which wasn't there before, I drive a brand new audi so paint work is very expensive to get done. When telling the staff member dropping off the keys all I was told was its not my problem you will need to contact the company in the morning and go through your insurance (isnt it the company that should have to pay for this not make a claim through my insurance? nope not the case they take no responability) They then produced the original paper work I signed on dropping off the car in which they wrote customer was in a rush and had no time for inspection which obviously wasn't the case as I waited for them and was digusted that this was written with out my knowldge in a very sneaky way! Terrible customer service and a damaged car BEWARE!!!
