We left our car with 'Swift' for 1 week at the beginning of September this year, and what a joke. Aside from the usual 'it's not meet and greet' at Luton comments (which it isn't really but hey), 'Swift' airport parking must be being ironic with their name. Car drop off and collection was excessive, 15 mins we waiting to drop off car and over 20 to collect despite giving them more than enough warning. There were numerous others waiting as well as us who were equally cheesed off (I wonder if the lady with the blue Astra has left a review - she was apparently waiting for nearly 40 minutes!) Please note my negative review of 'Swift' has been motivated by their complete lack of customer service and general ignorant manner to dealing with a complaint regarding damage to our car. So for that reason I have listed the exact reasons below as to why I consider you should avoid using this company: 1. Wheel kerbed and tyre damaged - wheels were brand new and only replaced last month by manufacturer under warranty, now one is kerbed with a split in the tyre side wall. 2. The vehicle had travelled in excess of 23 miles, which in my opinion is a little excessive and is twice what the website said to expect (and customer services subsequently told me the car was parked only 2 miles away - but drop off mileage recorded as 7220, collection as 7243, so either their arithmetic is below par or someone is telling porkies). 3. The car had tree branches trailing from the rear suspension when it arrived, begging the question as to where our car had been parked. The car was also covered in a yellow dust, like one would expect from a construction site. 4. There was litter in the back of our car! A sweet wrapper and empty drinks bottle to be precise. Shocking. 5. There were muddy foot prints in the back of the car, coupled with the excessive mileage I assume the car was used to ferry staff back and forth. 6. On arrival the driver in our car was he driving it like he'd stole it, with the windows down and pumping out some AM radio station. Not at all what I expected. I've used several M&G services, never at Luton admittedly, but this is by far the worst. Their customer service is awful. I received a poorly worded response to my complaint with truly awful grammar, yet despite notifying them of the damage before we left in accordance with the terms and conditions, they have rebutted any claims and stated that they are not liable for any damage or any other complaint but have not explained how they reached this conclusion. As they are not regulated, I am taking up my complaint with Trading Standards, Luton Airport and anyone else that will listen to my complaint. I'm sure if your car comes back ok, then you might be ok with Swift as long as you're not in a hurry, but otherwise it's just not worth the hassle. Pay a couple of extra ££ and go with someone else. Avoid!

Everything went according to plan, calling to arrange a meeting time ont he way out and back meant we had no waiting time at all. Very good service.

Would highly recommend the meet and greet service. It made our visit to Luton Airport much easier as we were travelling with a young child. Friendly and efficient.

Excellent service on departure and return driver was already waiting. No problems with the car at all, would definately recommend Swift Meet and Greet.

Not quite the drop off experience I've had before, where you go to the 'drop off area' at the terminal - might just have well used the short term car park really at Luton.

Not really the best airport for meet and greet as the meet and greet has been moved even further away into the short stay car park, was still a hike before at the old drop off point. On our return we phoned to say we had our cases and proceded out, 10 minutes later i received a call back from them asking what my car was again. When i questioned how long it'd be i was told it's 700 metres away, can only assume they pushed the car to me as it took a further 20 minutes. Would of been quicker and cheaper to park at airparks and bus back. Won't use again

I read some bad reviews regarding this service and how far the drop off point was at Luton, but to be honest I dont know what people expect, Lutons drop off and collection is where it is, approx 5 mins walk, its well sign posted and not an issue, if you dont like it fly from another airport! Swift were very helpful and I would definatly use them again. I have used other valet companies before and this company were equally as good and cheaper.

Only about 5 minute wait for car to be collected and about the same when being delivered back. Friendly driver, very courteous. Will use them again.

Basically you park your car in the short term car park and leave your keys with them. I was assuming there would be someone waiting at the £1 drop off point where you could then get out of the car and walk to the terminal. Instead you have to drive into the car park itself and leave the car there to endure the nice long walk to the airport terminal. So for the price they gave, it wasn't value for money because this is NOT a MEET AND GREET! It's a Park and Go! LOL For the price I paid I could have paid half the amount to leave my car elsewhere and taken a bus in AND the walk from the bus stop to the airport terminal is SHORTER! haha Why can't that company simply have one person collecting the cars from the drop off point as it's only a few minutes walk away!

Friendly Staff waiting for us on arrival at Luton airport gave us a very quick turnaround time. Although car was not actually at the car park on return, the same friendly staff member that met us outbound, quickly sorted things out for us and we had our car within 10 minutes. I would certainly use this service again.

This was my first time using this 'Meet & Greet' service and it was a great experience with efficient, friendly staff and all dealt with in a timely fashion. All round, well worth the money.

well pleased with the meet and greet service they where on time arriveing and coming back very helpful a service i would reccomend to anyone and cheaper than parking on the airport

its hardly meet and greet as its a 5 minute walk to the collection point in the on site car park. but thats the fault of the truly awful Luton airport. I took a wrong turn and had to pay a pound just to get through the barrier.

Excellent service, no waiting around, very punctual. The car was returned in the same condition as it was left. Would definitely recommend Go Simply to friends.

I'm not sure what else I could have asked for. The service was very good. The attendant was friendly. In fact, I wish I had given him a bigger tip. The only niggle, and this is a niggle, is that, and this is for every meet and greet service, I always have to remind them of the details I put into the booking system. As if I never entered my return flight number and airline, etc. Might as well not have that. Will use again. I don't know why anyone would waste time and money parking their own car.

On the day we were running about 15 minutes late on an 80+ mile journey - Swift phoned US on our mobile to check that we were actually on our way. We confirmed our new ETA and as we pulled into the car park they flashed their lights and pulled in right beside us. Handover was professional and faultless. On our return a single call meant they met us at the appointed space, our driver sorted out (our) £1 exit ticket and within 20mins of arrival we were on our way. Never again shall we book an on-site airport parking space at Luton. Thank you to Swift - a huge well-done.

Everything went very smoothly. Slight delay when picking up the car (they said 10-15 mins after I called and it took more like 20) but no big deal to us as weather was good. If it had been raining or cold it might have been an issue as there is no where to wait other than outside

Good service,But if we had had old people with us as our friends did,it is a long way for them to walk.

Made our journey very easy. Drop off & pick up went exactly as planned. Plus as a family with a toddler, really made a difference making our journey as hassle free as possible, e.g no bus to wait about for. Very good price as well.

Easy to find and would consider using again as we make freqent trips from Luton.
