I have no hesitation recommending Meet & Greet. There were no delays either dropping off or picking up the car, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was definately value for money. Will definately use again.

Service was fast and Very helpful. You have to walk slightly further, but we saved £25. Will definitely be using this service again.

This was a great service everything went exactly to plan and made the start and finish of the holiday stress free.

I rang 20 minutes before arriving which was earlier than I originally booked. Whem I arrived the driver was already there waiting to take my car from me. The sign over process was prompt and within minutes we were on our way to our holiday. I would definately use your services again. Many thanks.

Even though the driver was just a little late I am still very pleased with the whole experience. Do not hesitate to use this company as they are very good. Will use again in the future.

It was reasonably priced and easy access. Meet and greet was efficient and took 5 min. Easy walk to airport approx 5 min. Definitely recommend this service rather than parking and waiting for shuttles. Very happy will use it again. Car was returned in good condition

The staff were great and we didn't wait long, however the drop off car park is still quite a distance from the terminal, which cannot be helped. Would use again deffinately

Everything went well when taking my car to Luton, and it is only a short walk to the terminal. When I telephoned to say I was ready to pick the car up on my return I was told to go to the car park to collect it. When I got to the car park a few minutes later my car was already parked there. Unfortunately the representative was not there, he was bringing someones elses car to the car park. When he came back he gave me my ticket to leave the car park and said I would need £1 to exit, but because I had waited for over the alloted time the exit fee was £4.50. Other than this I thought the service was good and worth paying a bit over the standard cost of parking and then having to catch an airport bus to the terminal.

In today's internet age there are no excuses for a customer calling 15 minutes away from the airport (as directed in the confirmation e-mail)and Meet & Greet having no record of my booking- with 2 young kids ..... that is STRESS. Meet and Greet itself are running an efficient service. The guys were friendly and helpful. The only (small) down side is that the drop off and pick up zone has been moved 100 yards to the short stay....when with kids and cases it feels like 1000 yards more but heh thats the airport's directove I guess.. The issue- it seems to me -is that we booked through a broker...Go simply.com on the Friday for a sunday drop off....now I am sorry but IF Meet & Great wish to sell and market through internet brokers (comparison sites) their processes and procedures have to be spot on. They cannot blame the broker.......So we arrive 15 minutes away and Graham (nice bloke) has no record of us...Now Graham came straight out and met us I have to say...and these things do happen...but he could not confirm I had paid - had no details- had to fill out a manual form with flight numbers etc etc....its simply not what you need. So sort it out......the guy on arrival (at 2am!) was very nice..car was in good nick...and away we went.... we will be back but nervous next time.

short stay is still a treck to departure lounge,espessially when its pouring with rain. Confused with the pick up location when returning but car was on time and staff were very friendly

Shame there were no trollies available when we dropped car off as it was a little walk to terminal with 2 kids & luggage. There was then some confusion when we came to collect car as to which company had it.

Very happy with everything and will have no hesitation in booking with this company again.

It was easy to book online. Then everything happened as per the clear instructions I received in an e-mail.

We chose this service as we had an 19m old baby with us, bags and baggy, we knew we wanted to waste no time. We were late for our meeting point in the morning and we received a curtesy phone call to ask 'if we were OK and to inform them of our arrival'. I thought that in itself was good customer service. When we arrived at the "short term car park" we followed the signs to 'meet and greet prebooked ' area where a representative was waiting for us, they looked at any damage of the car, milage and gave us a form to sign. It lasted 3 minutes, and we went straight to the Departure without a care in the world. When we landed, we gave them a ring to say we were on our way out and we were met, at the same place we left the car, by a representative who handed us our key back and of course, our car! We found this experience really good, we were not aprehensive about leaving our beloved car, but we did make sa joke about it initially, really had nothing to worry about! We have recommended it to fam and friends and we will use again!!

Really pleased with the service. The price is reasonable and the service was excellent. I let them know I had a small baby with me and I didn't have to wait long once I had called to say I had my luggage after I had landed. Will definitely be using them again.

Very good service on collection - ready, waiting and made themselves known to me very clearly. Had to wait 5-10 minutes in the cold on return which was a shame. And unlike the other people having their car collected at the same time, I had to pay my own pound to exit. I know this was advertised, but so it was for the others collecting (I know, they were my colleagues). It is a small thing, but certainly creates a perception: when returning from abroad it is not always easy to have a pound coin to hand. However, overall, I have to say it is good value for money.

Although Park & Go did not forward the booking and reservation the Go Simply staff has been very helpful and professional. Vehicle collection and drop off was on time. Pleasent staff and all according to plan. Excellent service.

I would reccomend using this company, good customer service and prompt.
