All set up was great but I spent four hours in traffic jam, dropped the car off but missed the flight. It cost me an additional £30 to get it back to then start all over again the next day. Some cost to be expected but thought £30 was far too much - can't believe the 'hassle' for them cost anymore than that. People were all good and car was looked after. Would recommend them but gets costly if things go wrong.

Well worth the money not much more than park and ride which can take up tp 20 mins. This service means you just turn up and they take the car away. My car was returned in the same condition and there was no sign that they used the 500Hp that an RS6 produces. But how would I know. I have used them before and will us them again. NC

The whole process was simple and it did what it said on the box. We followed the instructions and found that everything was in place. There was a short handover and we left our cars and walked the short distance to the terminal. We arrived at the check-in well ahead of other members of our party who chose to park off-site and left home at the same time as ourselves. Collection was just as simple. Highly recommended

It was so good to make a call and have staff waiting to take your car to be parked and this only a hundred metres from departures We returned after midnight and it was so nice to walk back to where we dropped the car to have it waiting for us, no having to trawl round car parks looking for it or waiting for a bus I would recommend this company without hesitation and definately always use the when we need to park at airport

Could not fault the service from beginning to end and would recommend them to everybody. Would use them again.

A long walk from drop of - and to collect - also need £2.00 to get out of the parking. otherwise service was fine, would use again.

About as close to the terminal as you can get and extremely good value. Highly recommended.

After a baking hot holiday in the Canaries, I was a little worried after reading some prior reviews that upon arrival back at Luton I might have had to wait a long time in the extremely cold, wet snowy weather of the UK for the driver to arrive with my car. Nothing was further from the truth... The driver was waiting as I arrived to the meeting point and exactly as the paperwork instructions had mentioned. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again ! I also found that by booking through FHR I avoided having to pay the "car park ticket validation cost" that other reviewers had mentioned on their reviews. Top top service !! :-)

There was absolutely no delay and no hanging around waiting for overstretched drivers as we have experienced with other firms.

I was slightly nervous about using this service as it was the cheapest option available but I have to say I couldn't have been happier. Punctual, polite, excellent communication, great value... Couldn't have asked for more - will definitely use again.

Very please with the service. Everything was on time and the service was speedy and smooth. I did find the line engaged when phoning for car collection but rang again after less than a minute and got through ok. Car arrived for collection just as we arrived at pick up point.

Excellent service took away all the stress of car parking before and after our holiday . Prompt and super efficient can find no fault at all and will defiantly recommend to friends snd family and use again for our future holiday parking .
