Efficient and courteous. A good way to save time and hassle at Luton.

Very unhappy with this service. We rang 15 minutes before we arrived at the 10 minutes parking area as requested. We had difficulty finding the person as he made no attempt to look out for us and said it was his first day in the job. We have since received a parking ticket which says the car was there for 36 minutes. We are stunned. Presumably he did not leave when we went to departures.

Phone was answered promptly when we were 10 mins away, and we were met on time by a very courteous official and driver. Same happened on our return - it was great to be on our way home within minutes of arriving at the airport.

Arriving at airport I phoned 10 mins before I arrived - no answer from any number - Answerphone sometimes other times the phone rang until disconnected - took 45 minutes to get through. Arriving home, phoned, eventually answered, told the car would be 5 to 10 minutes - took over 1/2 hour. Service is complete rubbish, If they are too busy to answer all calls within 3 to 5 rings, then they need more lines and operators. Recommend that this service in NOT used - you may miss an expensive flight!

Could do a bit more on directions to the car park, and on sign-posting. but otherwise great

On the whole the service works well and is very easy to use. There was a little confusion on arrival at the airport with slightly misleading instructions, but having used the service once and gained a bit of experience, we would definitely use it again. It is much less stressful than parking off airport.

Bit of a panic because we kept getting an answerphone when we tried to contact the office 10 minutes out. Office eventually phoned us and all was well. On return flight we had no problem and hand over went smoothly.

Good budget service, would use again. Only negative was it was difficult to understand the accent of the person who took the call to collect. Otherwise it was a positive experience, helpful staff when our flight was delayed and great comms. ;0)

Our early morning departure and early hours of the morning arrival back to Luton airport made this service worth the extra money.

I have never known a meet and greet service so hassle free.The service i recieved was first class.I was starting to panick when i was a little late arriving at the airport.On arrival at the driver had met me within 1 minute of arriving in the car park and on returning was waiting for me in the car park after a phonecall only 2 minutes earlier.Excellant service and i shall definately use again.Thank You

Luton is not the most driver friendly airport so set down close to the terminal is great. having your car waiting for you is worth every penny.

Very efficient meet and greet punctual and excellent communication will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Meet and Greet takes some of the hassle of air travel and I found this service to be very good. The staff were very polite, on time and the car was returned in the same condition I left it in. Plus, our return flight was very delayed meaning we didn't land until 2.30am (it was supposed to land 10pm)& the staff were very accomodating and our vehicle was there when we landed. No complaints and would definitely use them again.

The number I was given went straight to voicemail. I phoned the other customer service line – no joy there either. Eventually, 20mins after I was due to drop off, the driver phoned me on another line. Not particularly satisfied and won't be using the service again.

I was a little nervous about using this service as it was cheaper than the exact same thing offered by other providers however I needn't have worried. I cannot praise the service highly enough. Very early hours and 3 small children and went without a hitch. On our return our flight was 20 minutes early and I didn't even have to call to let them know as our flight had been monitored. The car and driver were waiting and ready for us. Will use again without hesitation.

very punctual service for a very good price. Not worth parking when this option is available.

The additional cost over long term parking charges is well worth it for the convenience. Everything went to plan on time. With the never-ending changes at Luton Airport it would have helped to have had a map to show exactly where the drop off point is, particularly as it gets extremeley busy on the approach road and it would be nice to have the confidence you knew exactly where you were going.

Very friendly and even coped with us being late. Can't believe how quickly the car was returned. Well done

This was so easy the driver was already there when I arrived at the drop off, and when I arrived back which was late at night I only had to wait a matter of minutes before my car arrived. I would not use any other service in future.
