Meet and Greet Luton reviews

After 3 phone calls, we had to wait 45 mins for car to be picked up. When car brought back, driver demanded £3-80 to get car out of park. We had already paid for this. We lost another 15 mins arguing to get car released. We should have FULL refund for such APPALLING 'service'. It was the worst possible start & end to our holiday.

Luton airport is poorly designed in terms of meet and greet (I would hate to arrive / depart in pouring rain!) but you have done the best you can considering you cannot greet directly outside the terminal (unlike Heathrow).

overall not that bad, but on our arrival we could not locate the guy collecting the car, as no uniforms or flags or signs were visible. So stayed for 15 minutes there and we were not approached by the guy who was also there. Looked like we were not expected.

Overall I would recommend the service as the price was competitive and value for money. I would certainly use again and saves the hassle of parking and catching a bus into the terminal.

This was my first experience with meet and greet. It was a little awkward but not bad, my only criticism is the staff should be more visible and identifiable, at first I felt like I was handing my keys over to a complete stranger even though he did show me a pass. Would recommend though.

First time I have used this meet & Greet service. Everything was handled smoothly and efficently and although the wait for the car to be returned was marginally longer than forecast I would happlily use the service again

The service provided was excellent, booking was easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the service was exactly as described. I would not hesitate in using again and highly recommend to others.

Drop off was good and also when we returned the car was brought to the pickup point v quickly. However the car was in a terrible condition, it had obviously been parked under a tree and was covered in tree sap and despite cleaning is still sticky and I am picking leaves out of it. Also I was not informed of the car park charge to leave the airport. This should have been done at point of sale. The price was good I have no quibble about that. The attendants were helpful as well.

I spent an age double checking reviews to figure out who to book with following personal & friends' awful (hours of waiting, damaged car etc) experiences with other meet & greets. I think this was a few more pounds than others but there was a FAB driver waiting for us (waving us into the parking) before departure, she gave full simple instructions on how to proceed and then she was there before us after arrival too, so that in the middle of the night we could head straight off home. Excellent & highly recommended!!
