At other airport meet and greet's i have used you drop your car right outside the terminal building with you and your luggage and get picked up out side the terminal so basically you are not out in the weather IE rain or snow. This one you have to go to a short stay car park and then you have to walk to the terminal in all weathers and the same when you return then on top of that you have to pay to get your car out of the car park not what i expected.

This worked perfectly for us. The 'greeter' was there when I arrived at the car park, and also waiting for us when we returned from our holiday.

All as promised and expected, no hold ups or other problems. One niggle - I notices that other meet and greet companies were paying the short term car park fee (approx £3.50) but this one doesn't (which they make clear to be fair to them). Would be a nice touch if they did.

Same price as the long term car park without the inconvenience of transfers, excellent service, no waiting about both on departure and arrival, would definately use again.

What I didn't like about this service was being told when I dropped the car off that there would be an additional £3.80 to pay to get the car out of the carpark when I colledted it. This was not advertised on the website - and it should be included in the cost of the parking! The saving grace in this particular instance was that the guy who delivered the car on my return paid this £3.80. But take heed - this needs to be advertised on the booking site - customers don't like hidden extras - I certainly don't!

We use the Meet and Greet service when we escort an 83 year old relative to Spain. It works well, but there is still a significant walk to get to the terminal from the meeting point in the short term car park.

Very polite staff! Great service and half the price of the airport car park providing you're happy to have someone drive your car away from the airport! It didn't bother me and I inspected my 60 plate Insignia under torch light which surprised the driver as he'd never seen anyone do this! My car is black and I was checking the condition at midnight so the torch was neccassery for proper inspection Anyway the car was unmarked and clean and the driver explained how to get out of the airport and gave me the ticket to exit and off we went! I would use them again and reccommend anyone else too! Many thanks. :)

Saved time and the hassel of going to a long stay car park also the hauling of cases on and off buses and the long wait for the next bus, Yes i would definitely use this service again.

This was the most stress free meet and greet we have ever used and would recommend them to anyone.Easy to find,a quick call 15 mins out and we were on our way.

From the moment I made the initial phone call to the meet and greet team I was directed to the parking area the car was taken I was on my way. On. Return one phone call and the car was waiting for me highly recommended

we were on a very early plane and arrive early (about 3.30 am)but our call was answered immediately and we were met within 10 minutes. On return we were once again met very promptly - no hassle and really friendly service.

Drop off fine but return appalling. Waited 50 minutes in the cold from calling to car being delivered. Repeatedly called and repeatedly lied to - kept being told the car would be there in 10 minutes. Sent a complaint to via gosimply.com which was promptly forwarded to Meet and Greet Luton. Am still awaiting a reply 5 days later, giving an accurate indication of their attitude to customer service. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

Driver was waiting for us on arrival, very good customer service. On collecting the car, not very punctual, had to wait in the cold for over 10 mins at 3am in the morning when all we wanted to do was get home and we weren't too impressed when the driver pulled in and curbed the tyre when coming through the barriers. Other than that the proximity to the terminal was a great help!

Good service on arrival at 05.00am, very prompt and helpful. On return phoned when instructed but still had to wait 20 mins. As it was raining, not much fun.

Although couldn't get through to the telephone number initially to advise arrival, we contacted customer services - we only had to wait a matter of minutes before the driver arrived to collect our car. On our return our car was waiting for us. Excellent service all round.

Collection of car at airport very efficient - one quick phone call to confirm we were getting near and we were greated on arrival. Took two minutes to check in then we were on our way to start enjoying our holiday. Again on return a quick call to say that we had collected our luggage . We were advised at this stage that there would be a slight delay since roads around the airport were busy - which was fair enough. - good communication as far as I am concerned. We chose to meander to the collection point and car was returned efficiently and promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Far better than lobbing cases on and off buses.

This was the 1st time we had tried this arrangement and I have to say it was pretty easy and painless - not the norm for the scam like robbery that is usually airport parking ! They provided decent information, answered the phone quickly, the staff were helpful and friendly and the only slight moan would be the mud splashes on the car but I'd certainly use them again.

I was skeptical about flying from Luton as we usually fly from East Mids or Birmingham. The meet and greet car park took all the stress out of finding car parks and sorting out children and cases etc. I have already recommended this service to others and I would not hesitate to use it again. On both departure and arrival the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. It was also good value as it was £82.50 for 2 weeks. Priceless help when your a busy, tired parent!
