Forget the rumours about meet and greet operators - used them now 4 times without any problems whatsoever. The car was there waiting for us on our return, nice and warm. We were met on arrival exactly as we were promised, very efficent handover, details taken very quickly and we were in the airport in less than 5 mins. All for £3 more than the long stay car park charge. Certainly worth every penny

Driver was waiting in carpark on arrival at airport, 5 mins max to hand over keys , paperwork ,etc. No more than 500 yds to terminal .on our return rang after collection of bags , had about 5 min wait for car , had 9 miles on clock which was as stated, we would use this service again.

Called as coming off the M1, call answered immediatley, and someone waiting for us at the drop-off location when we arrived. Same for our return trip; ie called when all cases were on the trolley, and the car was there waiting. All in all could not find a fault, and will use again.

Luton have moved the pick up and set down location away from the normal (convenient distance and covered) pick up and set down point. It is now located a further distance away in the short term car park. This is not convenient and reduces the value of your Meet & Greet service. In future I shall avoid Luton if possible and will probably self park if I have to use the airport.

After a bad experience several years ago at Gatwick with a meet and greet Company, I have always been wary of using such a service again. However, with the cost of a taxi being around £65 return, and the meet and greet for the 5 days being over 20 pounds cheaper, after reading excellent reviews about GoSimply.com, we decided to book with them. We booked the service for 5.15am and called just before 5am while on the M1. The Assistant was already in the designated area waiting for us, and after checking over our car, that was it.. Done.. hassle free. Same standad of service on the return jouney. I am extremely fussy and my pet hate is poor customer service - this company excelled. Would only use this company for meet and greet at Luton.

Well worth the money, makes the hassle of the airport that bit simpler. Would definitely use again.

Outstanding service and great price! We were about 10 minutes late and were called to confirm our arrival. Once at the airport, we were met by a courteous and professional gentleman who collected our vehicle. Upon our return, we called when cleared customs and the car was in the parking lot a few mintues after we got there. I will definitely use this service again!!!

We arrived in terrible weather: rain, wind, cold. We were met by easily identifiable pleasant lady who make the handing over of the car simple and quick. On return, we received a courtesy enquiry of our progress while in the baggage reclaim hall. We called back once we had collected our luggage, and our car was ready and waiting when we arrived at the collection point. All-in-all, an excellent service.

If you arrive early it was unclear what to do - so an explanation on the email confirmation might be helpful.

Was initially concerned having never used such a service before, but everything was spot on.

rang up when 10 mins away and was there waiting for me. Took less than 30 seconds to complete handover. Then rang after picking up my bags on way home, was there waiting for me in cold wet weather with a warm car! would use again

The Meet and Greet Services was very good. I was a bit nervous when I dropped my car off. It was raining hard and in the rush I didn't take the papers from the guy who picked up my car. I was a bit worried that I'd given my car to a total stranger and would never see it again. I needn't have worried. On our return, I called the number on the business card the guy had given me when we were waiting for our luggage, and when we got outside to the meeting point, the car was waiting for us - with the engine nicely warmed up. Just what we needed with two little children and loads of luggage. I heartily recommend this service.

Considering the very reasonale rate compared with normal car parking costs, it is the ideal choice. Drive straight to airport, hand over keys and short walk to terminal building. On return, picked up luggage, made a phone call, short walk back to car park and the car was waiting for us - will definately use again.

This was so easy to use, rang when we were coming off of M1 as we arrived so did their driver, a quick look round the car, mileage etc & we were off. On return it was freezing cold how nice it was to receive a car that was already warm, the bonus was not having to de-ice the car! Would definetly use again.

It took a couple of goes of phoning on way up to get through but then chap on the line was very helpful with directions and was ready and waiting to greet me at the carpark. Flight back was delayed by an hour but phoned as soon as through passport control and car was ready and waiting for me again. Considering it was a late night return this was very appreciated. The car was covered in a light film of dust but could happen at any car-park. All in all very happy with experience and a lot more convenient for only a little bit more than would have paid for off-airport parking.

Extremely pleased with the service we received. Called as directed when we left the M1, driver was waiting when we reached the drop-off area. Handover was quick but thorough. On return we received a text to say they had noted our landing, we called as requested, driver was already waiting when we got to the pick-up. Drivers were courteous and efficient, they had warmed the car up inside when we returned which was very welcome on a cold dark Luton night! We will definitely use this company again.
