Booking on line was easy and user friendly. It pays to book early as soon as you know travelling dates as prices appear to rise as departure date looms nearer.Site was easy to find and service was first class for both transfers. Will certainly use again.

The service was very efficient. Just a phone call on our arrival at the airport and the minibus was there in less than 10 minutes and our car was ready for pick up at the car park, would definitely use again.

I'm very satisfied. Service was cheap, transfers were fast and my car was waiting for me where I have left it a week before. I recommend them and will use again.

We were taken to and collected from the airport very promptly. The car was parked ready to go on our return. We were happy with parking area security. Would definitely use again.

I can't praise Central Car Storage highly enough. The location is central, easy to find, and easy to get to from the M1. Drop-off was very simple and quick and we were immediately into the minibus for the short transfer to the airport. When we returned we phoned from the airport as instructed and the minibus was pulling up as we arrived at the pick-up point. After the short transfer, our car was sitting by the reception ready and waiting, so we were away and back onto the M1 in no time. We'll definitely be using them again!

Would use again to park when flying from Luton. Good service and friendly staff helps at stressful times when going on holiday.

1st time we've used off airport parking at Luton, we only live 20min. away! Found the whole operation very proffesional, transfers very easy both ways. Have reccomended service to others already, and will certainly use again.

Book as early as possible to get better deal. Parking is quite close to the airport and minibus transfers are great, you don't need to wait for them. On return just telephone CCS and they will pick you up straight away. Highly recommended, my first choice. Used CCS few times in Stansted - as always, the same great service.

return flight delayed by 12 hours, called to let central storage know, they said no problem and let us know when you are clear of the airport and we will collect you. Yes i paid an additional £6 car storage but to no fault of central storage.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Central Car Storage. Transfers to/from the airport were efficient and friendly. I was slightly worried when I first drove into the car park as some cars look precariously parked from the view of the road, but my car was returned to me without any problems.

It made the trip to the airport so easy I got to the car storage area unloaded our bags into the waiting shuttle bus and went straight to airport. Home bound flight did not arrive in until 12.45 am phoned depot shuttle was there in three or four minites superb would highly recommend

I used central Car Storage for the first time in August 2012 for 3 days. They are conveniently located, easy to find and within minutes we were off to Luton Airport to check-in. Friendly staff and our car was ready and waiting when we returned! I will definitely be using this service again.

We arrived at 3am and received a friendly welcome by all staff. On arriving at the airport I realised I had my rather smelly driving shoes on and had left mmy new summer footwear back in the car. Without hesitation the driver offered to fetch them for me and was quickly back with us with my sandals. On our return the same level of courtesy and friendliness was shown I would recommend this company over the bigger fish any day. The automated systems are not nearly as welcoming. We were only charged £6.00 when we arrived back a day late after missing our flight no penalties. Would definitely use again.

We have never used a car park service before and had our doubts as to how well it would work for us. Our fears were unfounded. We received confirmation and clear detailed instructions regarding the check-in procedures and directions to the car storage centre as soon as we had completed our booking. We also received a a 2nd confirmation/reminder letter shortly before our trip outlining all the details again. When we arrived at the car park the staff were expecting us - they were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was waiting for us outside the check-in office and within a few mintues we were at the airport. When we returned from our holiday the shuttle was waiting for us outside the airport and we were taken to the carpark without any delay. Once again the staff were friendly and helpful; our key was ready, the car was parked outside the office and the windows had been opened to allow the car to cool down as it was an extreemly hot day. We received excellent service from the office staff and the shuttle bus drivers at Central Car Storage. They ensured that our trip was trouble and stress free from start to finish. We will certainly use them again and we highly recommend them.

This is the first time that I had used Central Car Storage but was pleased that I had. Outward and Return journeys both went to plan. Staff were cheerful, even at 4am! I would recommend this service to family and friends.

We liked everything about this organisation. All the staff members we encountered were cheerful, polite and highly efficient. Directions to the secure compound were very clear. Transfers were speedy and efficient with little waiting especially on our return to Luton. We would definitely use Central Car Storage again if we flew from Luton.

Central Car Storage was a great Parking Place for Luton Airport. Friendly staff, quick transfers and my car waiting by reception when we returned. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and use again - thank you! :o)

Very well organised and friendly organisation. Directions were clear and the car park is very close to the airport. We didn't have to wait for our transfer to the airport, and when we returned to Luton the bus was already on it's way as some other passengers had already called.

Although quite full there were no difficulties. Waiting at either end of the trip was approximately 5 minutes and the trip to the compound is very fast. All round a very good experience.
