Excellent overall service, very efficient entry and exit method with credit card. Will use again.

Booked online and found it very staightforward to put card in machine which automatically recognised reservation. Found space ok, and only a short walk to airport. On returning had difficulty in finding car again, so could benefit from more distinctive area labels. Card machine efficient on way out.

Overall, nice and easy to book, and get parked. Had to park quite far away from terminal and walk in the rain. Would be great to have some sort of canopy over the central walkway to protect from elements.

Easy parking, no hassle, right next to the terminal. Only criticism would be the need to have to go to small portakabin to get ticket validated- should be possible to do at barrier. Otherwise great.

Its the easiest airport car parking I have done and can well recommend it.

As mentioned, barrier was stuck resulting in very long delays causing my wife to become anxious as she waited in the check-in queue. We arrived very early, but due to delays parking the car we ended up being the last to check in - not a very pleasant experience.

Good facilities, close to airport terminal, a good idea to drop passengers off first. Go straight to the overflow car park first it will save you driving up and down to find a space.

The information sent to us stated that the credit card used for booking could be inserted into the machines to allow entry. This was not the case. On leaving and entering we had to leave the vehicle and get help from the attendant in one of the kiosks. This appears to be normal procedure especially for exiting. You actually take a normal ticket and then get it validated by the attendant before exiting. That isn't what we were told beforehand.

Good value for money once you have actually managed to find the correct entrance.

Liverpool is an extremely user friendly airport - easy parking, quick transfers.

We were running very late to check in, the car park was easy to find and the man on the gate told us where we could find a space which made the process quicker for us! Would park here again.

Parking right by the terminal for the price of off airport parking. You can easily walk from the car to the departure/arrival area. No need to worry about a shuttle service which does not turn up or takes longer than you expect.

The access system using the Visa card that you paid with was very easy and convenient.

We struggled with using our switch card to get in and out of car park, but staff were extremely helpful both times. In all, this proved excellent value for money and an easy, uncomplicated way to park at the airport. Thank you.

It would be better if there was someone to point you in the direction of a free parking space, especially when time is of the essence when needing to book into the flight.

I park at Liverpool Airport on a regular basis and always find it a no hassle experience, parking is close to the terminal, no need to catch a bus to and from the airport.

For me it is worth leaving my car secure and easy to reclaim after the flight as I travel alone with my young son.
