I found the car park very easy to use and I would use it again when parking for Liverpool airport.

We were confused about conflicting advice given about what to do when dropping car off. On our return no check was made on our booking voucher - we simply left through an open barrier!

On entering the car park at Liverpool Airport you take a ticket. No-one was around to tell us what to do next or where we could or couldn't park. When we did find someone he didn't seem to know either and so we guessed, nor did he tell us to get the ticket franked at the portacabin but luckily we saw another person do this and followed him.

We arrived to find no staff, just an automated entrance barrier. There was just one space left to park in. Others had obviously discovered no spaces and abandoned their vehicles in walkways and areas obstructing other traffic. There is no obvious security and the car park is close to a housing estate with easy access for thieves. In short I would not use it again.

Quick, easy to find and no problems.

I phoned the car park before travelling to say that we would have a disabled passenger and was assured that there were always plenty of disabled parking places available. This was not the case and it was extremely inconvenient having to park right at the far end of the car park and deal with the disabled person and luggage.

I arrived at the car park in plenty of time, but then spent 20 mins driving around trying to find a car park space. I finally managed to park the car but did feel that there wasn't enough car park spaces for the excellent location of the long stay car-park. However, I would use this service again.

Booked this on the web very easy to navigate around the site. Information and instructions easy to follow.

Easy to use, right next the airport entrance, apart from finding a space it was hassle free.

It was not clear how to get out of the barrier. I put my credit card back in and this just gave me a bill! Fortunately there was a member of staff on duty to tell me how to use the telephone system to escape! Even though we were in the over flow car park there was still plenty of space and this was only a short walk from the airport. Did not see any bus system to get us to and from the airport.

Needs to have more prominent sign on road and inside compound. Transport very good but return transport needs to be larger. Was left waiting while driver took other passengers back to compound. Would use again.

Due to the restriction on droping passengers and bags off close to the terminal, we had to carry bags from the furthest corner of the long stay car park in the rain. No transport is available from car park to terminal and so many travellers were faced with a very long walk. I would NEVER use this service again unless a pickup and drop off service became available.

Although I mislaid my car park ticket the staff were very helpful. I would certainly book with you again.

Not easy to exit the car park after booking on the net.

Close to terminal, but good job it wasn't raining as we would have been soaked by the time we walked to the airport. Car park was very full, struggled to find a place at 5.30am & we travelled in mid-may, hardly peak season! - so needs a big expansion here. £1 for a luggage trolley- only in Liverpool! 7/10.

Busy but well organised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use Liverpool On Airport Parking again.

In summary it was easy to find and close to the airport terminal and reasonbly priced..

The car park is close to the terminal with good paths. As there is no zoning system with directions to empty areas, finding spaces was difficult even though there were many of them in the zones furthest from the terminal building. My tip... head for the areas furthest from the terminal first as the walk is still only a short one!

From pre-booking a couple of days before, to landing back after our hols, we had no problems at all. Will definitely use Simply Parking again as we are frequent flyers from many northern airports and, up to now, have paid much more for parking. Well done for offering a good price and service.
