We find Liverpool airport and carparking very easy and straightforward. Once we park the car, the airport is within walking distance. We have never experienced any problems.

Excellent, especially since I pre-paid but couldn't find how to enter my credit card and had to ask for help from Information and operate the call system on exit - all without any problem - well done.

Good directions to find the airport, never been before. Parking was messy because there wasn't any spaces free, only at about the furthest point from the terminal.

This was simple and straightforward. Staff were helpful, even at 5am! Will definitely use again.

Drove in, parked with ease. Walked across the road and flew out. What could be better! Landed 3.15am, walked over road, checked out at barrier. Great Holiday and still relaxed after parking experience.

Leave time to find a parking space as it is difficult to find one. I would use this carpark again because it is only a short walk to the airport so you don't need a transfer. I have had to rate customer service and transfers on this which were not applicable in order to submit the review. We arrived and left the airport late evening and did not see any parking staff at all.

Very easy to book - saved a few pounds, glad we did - tight on space when we arrived, would recommend and definitely use again, thank you.

Booked online morning of departure, paid with bank card, instructions printed off confirmation e-mail seemed simple enough to follow ie. when arriving at car park DO NOT TAKE A TICKET INSERT YOUR BANK CARD INTO TICKET MACHINE CARD WILL BE RECOGNISED BARRIER WILL LIFT UP ENTRY GAINED SAME PROCEDURE ON EXIT guess what it didnt work! Only way in was to take a ticket, no alternative instructions given on print out. On exit tried bank card again INVALID TICKET CAME UP ON SCREEN. Pressed button in centre of console zilch! left car at barrier went to security cabin, guard came over and pointed to a smaller button on left handside of console higher up pressed this button and a voice asked me for my ref. no. this is printed on your instructions read this out and up went the barrier freedom at last . If I had been warned if my bank card didnt work to do this it would have been a lot easier , but none of these instructions were on my print out. I must point out it was 4 a.m.on my exit maybe in the daytime I would have seen the smaller button and been more alert. Also the security guard was efficient and helpful.

None of the categories above apply to Liverpool as you do not have contact with any staff or transfers. The car park was easy to find but had to drive around for a while looking for a space. When I did eventually find a space it was about a 5 minute walk to the terminal. It was convenient just putting credit card in machine, not having to look after a ticket.

Very easy to find. As little as 50mtrs walk to terminal (dependent on where you choose to park). All on the ground level (no lifts or escalators to contend with). Good tarmac everywhere. No problem with luggage. We felt secure leaving our car there. We have used this car park three times now without any problems & will be using it again soon.

If you have to park on the second car park, drop luggage off first as it is a long walk.

On arrival to car park we were met with confusion and staff member on duty not particularly helpful.

I was very happy with the on site parking and will consider booking it in future again.

Definitely worst parking facilities I've experienced. Frustrating not being able to find a space for 10 minutes. Noticed 2 cars with no wheels. Security appalling.

Right across the road from departures and so easy to find. Great value for money but leave some time to find a space as can be very very busy.

It was good and easy to find with only a short walk to the airport. It might have been better signposted once in the car park where to park but we found out eventually. Always worried about the cost but then again this was the cheapest available.

Easy to locate and nearer to the terminal than most 'on airport' parking. Very easy and hassle free entry and exit which makes experience of any trip better.

Although on the map it is only across from the departures, spaces nearby are hard to find. Had to park a long way from the doors and there is no coach service, have to walk.

I have used the on airport parking at Liverpool 4 times now and found them to be excellent, very easy to use, within 3 minutes walking distance of the arrivals/departures, and staff very helpfull. I have recommended these services to friends and family and will have no hesitation in using these services again in the near future. Thank you very much!
