i booked and paid for parking on the Internet when i turned up at airport the barrier would not open so i pressed button got ticket parked car got back off holiday barrier would not open to let me out the screen said i owe£131 spoke to the man vie intercom beside the gate gave my booking ref no he then opened barre and away we went

Right by the terminal so very handy, just be prepared to spend time looking for a free space to park.

As above 1st class i would recommend this facility without hesitation.

It was very hard to find a space at the long stay car park, it was not very clear what you had to do to get off the car park afterwards. The car park kiosk was not easy to find. Pre-booking was a great saving.

We arrived at the car park at 4oclock in the morning. The barriers registered the car registration number on the ticket. We had booked on line and paid on line. There was a space available no problem, and we locked the car kept the ticket with us, we saw the pedestrian walk way, followed it right into the departures. Coming home got into the car, drove out of the car park, put the ticket into the machine at the barriers it registered our car number bingo,no more to pay,barrier lifted up.We were home no problem, we would definatly leave our car again and definatly go with Liverpool Airport more convenient than East Midlands or Manchester in my opinion.

Arrived on time and the a.n.p.r recognised my index and raised the entrance barrier. only managed to park in zone c which was 200m from the terminal. Liverpool airport is becomming very popular these days.car park was well lit and covered by cctv. Exit was just as easy 5 days later. Ticket into the exit barrier reader and I was on my way home.I will be using this facility again.

About a minute to book, two seconds through the entry barrier, and in the entrance hall of the airport in 2 minutes...perfect!

Easy to get on and off the car park with the number plate recognition system. No need to verify the ticket at the machines just put the ticket in the car park on leaving and away you go saving time.Very impressive.

Easy booking process and number plate recognition. However, the long stay car parks are poorly laid out with inadequate signs a(so it is difficult to find your car) and the pedestrian walkways are badly placed.

The carpark is situated close to the terminal and if you book in advance you can be guaranteed a spot close to the terminal building itself.The area is well lit,although some of the car parking spaces are a little tight,so trying to get your luggage out of the side of the car rather than the boot can be a pain.Have also had a couple of instances where the barrier at the entrance to the car park does not lift,because the tickets haven't printed successfully...when you are in a rush its the last thing you need.

only problem was on leaving got shock when was asked for £68 for parking the printed ticket had the wrong reg number on it slight tech problem?

We did not meet any parking staff and therefore are unable to comment on this aspect. The site appeared well lit and was convenient for the terminal.

Everything was fine until my return. On putting the ticket in the exit barrier I was asked to pay £89.00 to get out (had already pre-paid just under £30). Contacted office via intercom and was was quickly released! Much to my relief.

Was much cheaper than just paying on arrival would have been, very convenient location, secure and well lit, felt safe.

Excellent value for money. Parking is on airport just minutes from terminal and transaction is very easy. Number plate recognition works brilliantly and no need to any assistance throughout our parking.

I have used this service before and on both occasions had no complaints. Even when I lost my ticket that lifts the barrier I just pressed the button and gave my ref No and off I went. Would recommend this aiport parking to everyone. :)

Parking is within easy walking distance to terminal - so no need to wait for a bus. No processing of parking tickets - just take a ticket on entry and use it to get out at the end - no need to queue at a pay terminal before returnig to car.
