The service was very good, even though we were delayed coming home due to the ash cloud we did not get charged and simply quoted our reference number at the exit barrier to exit the car park. Extremely pleased with the parking and service offered, thank you I actually purchased two parking spaces one for me and one for my sister - all was efficent and very easy, parking spaces were quite full but we did find a space after 2 - 3 mins.

Easy to find,number plate recognition,straightforward.Best thing was not having to hang around waiting for shuttle bus.Can highly recommend this car park at Liverpool Airport !!

was better than being dropped off by freinds and family, parked up went into airport then on return landed walked out to car park straight back into car and home

Car park was pracitcally opposite the main entrance to the Airport, the vehicle recognition system was superb, we just drove to the barrier and it opened, recognised our booking and gave us our ticket. Considering I recently paid £15 to park a 15 minute walk from Heathrow for 3 hours recently £24 for 3 days and a 1 minute walk to the entrance is a bargain

The car park was very close to the airport as advertised. The automatic number plate recognition system did not work as I had only booked the night before, but this was quickly sorted out by a member of staff. Overall given location I felt was good value for money having booked on-line.

And very much appreciated that you did not charge for the extra week due to the Iceland Volcano. Will most definitely highly recommend you to all my associates and friends. Many thanks

I would like to congratulate Liverpool airport long stay parking for not trying to profit from the recent icelandic volcano eruption, we booked the car park from 8th to 15th april but was stuck in spain until the 23rd so full credit to car parking for not charging any extra. Will definately use again.

Excellent as usual. Park the car and 3 minutes walk later you're in the terminal. The bonus on this trip is that we were delayed by 3 days due to the volcano. I e-mailed go-simply about the implications and they responded in 2 minutes saying that the airport car park wasn't going to charge for extra days. We returned to the car, drove to the barrier, inserted the ticket, the barrier raised and we were off.

The car park was exactly as stated and as we were late back due to volcanic ash our fears for extra charges were eliminated when the exit barrier rose.

excellent from booking to arriving to departure - all flawless - only issue was long stay 2 is not well signposted. long stay 1 is nearest the terminal

Ive used the service before and Ill definitely be using it again, its very good value and things always go very smoothly, highly recommended.

Drove into the airport using my sat nav and the first thing i came to was the carpark i wanted so very easy to find. My number plate was recognised straight away as i had pre booked so i got issued a ticket and up went the barrier, got a parking space within a couple of minutes. My car was parked literally 1 minute walk away from the terminal. On return was straight into my car and off i went. One of the best experiences i have had and i have said i am going to book all my holidays from Liverpool airport from now on and park on there. Used to hate messing about with the trains at Manchester

It's good if you want avoid the transfers, and the price is not much more than other services which need transfers. I had a problem when the machine read my cars number wrong but I didn't have a problem with that, the only thing that I had to do was give my boooking reference number in the same machine that I put the ticket and I could to leave the parking without problems. Good service.

Car park was well signed , everything went to plan, and it was extremely convenient for the airport, It was such good value

a good value for money way to book your car parking. extra time needed to find available parking spaces, you could easily spend 15 minutes plus searching for a space.

We had no problems in using the car park it was clearly signed and we only had to follow clear instructions given at time of booking.
