We arrived at 3.30a.m very tired and just wanting to get in the airport. The number plate was recognised and the ticket issued without any problem. We found a parking space and the walk to the terminal took a few minutes. On our return we didn't realise there was a trolley park on the car park which would have helped as we trudged across with our suitcases in tow - so I'm mentioning it to let everyone else know in advance. Would absolutely use this service again - thought it was brilliant.

I didn't meet a staff member so can't comment on that and i didn't need a transfer.

The problem was that when we first arrived the ticket printed out the wrong car registration. One letter out so on our return we had to go to the ticket office where the pleasant man sorted it all out and all went well. we will use the facility again.

At no time did we see any staff but we did no need them. The recognition of the car number certainly falicitated entry and we had to remember to pick up the ticket. We do remember Liverpool airport now John Lennon as a friendly small airport and it is now huge. The instructions were clear.

The car park is situated within easy 2-3 minutes walking distance of the terminal with luggage trolleys easy to access and use all over the car park. Instant number plate recognition on entering the car park makes parking so easy and takes all the worry out of trying to find a pay point etc. I have used this car park on numerous occasions and never had any security concerns and gosimply's competitive price offers excellent parking with huge savings on the £25 per day standard rate.

Parking at Liverpool Airport is now a smooth, hassle free parking experience. And no worries when returning, ticket worked first time and promptly on my way home. Recommended,

I would use this service again it was so easy to use, found car park straight away. close to terminal only walked at most 5 minutes. space were nice and big. price was reasonable cheapest i found online. would recommened and use again. thank you

Remember to keep a note of your booking reference as on exit from the car park I was asked to pay over £60 after presenting my ticket at the exit barrier. After contacting information desk via the help button at the exit barrier and quoting my booking number the situation was resolved. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Athough the number plate recognition did not work , we followed the instructions on return and the service was quick and efficient . great value for money.

the car park was easy to find, easy to park with plenty of spaces, only two mins walk to airport, no issues at all, i am very happy with the service and the parking, this was the first time i had parked at liverpool airport and i will be doing it again........

Very reasonable, very easy to find and get access but hard to find a space. Had to go almost to farthest car park after driving round. Quite a hike back to airport, took about 8 mins. ok if you are fit and able and its not raining, although you can drop passengers and cases off first, which we would do next time. Overall very good value.

Did not see any staff and was always in doubt if the exit barrier would operate on inserting the ticket.All in all it was a good service at reasonable cost.

The car park was easy to find and we had no problem with entry. we found a parking space which was about a 5 minute walk to the terminal building at John Lennon airport. Everything worked as planned, no hassle, straight in and straight out - will use again!

It is cheaper than transfers and all done so easy no fuss and good customer service

Booked online, arrived at the car park and although the barrier system didn't recognise my credit card (and therefore wouldn't let me in), I pressed the help button and was allowed access into the carpark. On my return, I had to press the help button again, give them my booking reference number and I was allowed out. Very simple, great access to terminal (although I couldn't find a lift from the top floor).

Looked at the reviews online and decided to try long stay parking for the first time just a few days before a 4 day trip to Europe. Even though Liverpool is our local airport I was suprised to find that the cost was cheaper than return taxis. Booking was easy but you must ensure car reg. is quoted correctly in order for the entrance barrier to lift. Long stay 1 and 2 clearly signposted (1 is closer) and only 5 min walk to airport building. Our return flight was late as scheduled, so it was great to get back to the car with such ease. Exit was simple and my payment debited within 2 days. Will definately use again and would highly recommend.
