Saved over £100 when booked online in advance. Car park No.1 was only 2 mins from terminal by a paved lit path. Would definately recommend and use again.

We booked this long stay car park mainly because you keep your car keys with you while on holiday and this means nobody takes you car down the m6 for a spin. We arrived at the car park and expected the 8 min walk and parked quite far down the car park and was very relieved when it took about 3 to 4 mins as the rin was pouring down. pleased with the experiance

I will definitely use it again. booking without hassle, cheap , close enough to the airport.

Customer Service given 3; it should be n/a as there were no staff - they weren't required. All the parking worked well, no problems

I only need to sum up the experience by saying that my car is in the long stay car park again as I'm writing this note. Park car, walk in, check in, go....easy. See you again soon.

I have used this service on several occasions and have always been very pleased. No problems in number plate recognition and very handy for the airport terminal. I have and would recommend to my friends in the future.

Was sceptical that it would work as predicted - but it did! Booked in advance - barrier recognised my car registration and I rushed to the terminal having been delayed by flash floods on the motorway. On return, equally no problems which was great since my return flight was delayed by a thunderstorm!

Car parking easy to find, cars are not moved from this site so it's always where you left it. Ticket had to be validated on exit at another part of the airport but this was no issue.

as I was travelling with a disabled passenger I was a little aprehensive regarding disabled parking, and leaving my Blue badge. No problem whatsoever, just went to the Car Park Desk and they issued me with a duplicate badge for the duration of my stay, as i needed my Badge for use abroad. Excellent service and very polite staff. Will certainly use again.

Suitable for my requirements at John Lennon airport. Easy walk to terminal but slightly confused with procedure and took ticket on arrival which confused departure from park.

Everything worked according to the system, and was good value for money, but it was not clear to me (not having used Liverpool Airport previously) whether I was using the correct car park because I did not see any signage to indicate that the parking included those who had pre-booked, so I was worried that I would be charged again when collecting the vehicle, and would then have to argue about this after returning home. In fact, there is probably only one long stay car park at the Airport and, with the advantage of now having used the facility, I would be happy to use it again. Please note that I have marked Customer Service as Worst only because there had to be a mark to submit the Review. There was not any Customer Service so I would have used 'N/A' if it had been available.

My ticket on departure was taken by the machine which told me I had to pay £106, a quick call to your staff using the intercom sorted out the problem.

A very good company to deal with. Their instructions were perfect. The staff were very helpful after the airline rescheduled our flight times and I partcularly liked the reminder you send a few days before we were due to fly.

The system worked well, and there was no delay either arrival or departure.The weather was dry when we left but wet when we returned home, so an undercover walkway some of the way would have been welcome. I would recommend and use the service again

This is my second booking, and as with the first the number recognition was almost instantaneous. Straight in, and on my return straight out. Absolutely no problems, highly recommended

The Numberplate reader system worked perfectly having prepaid, it made life extremely easy.....will use again

easy to use booked online number plate recognition on entering and leaving very efficient car park excellent only 100 metres walk to terminal reasonable tarrif would recommend if using liverpool airport

even though i had to get a ticket on entry as the barrier didn't rise, on return went to car parking window and was dealt with so quick and courteously and will recommend to all!
